Chapter 10 : Am I in Love?

Erick's POV-

I was really nervous...I will hate myself if I'll be nervous in front of Amelia....Because sometimes this nervousness leads to rudeness. Anyways, today I'm gonna take her out for a party, And I'm seriously very nervous.
This is the first time in my life I'm getting a feeling of anxiety.

I took a shower and wore my blue tuxedo, combed my blonde hair back and wore my shoes. I looked at my reflection in the mirror. Well, no doubt I'm hot!!!!...Obviously, that's why girls go head over heels for me but I just don't get affected.

Well, today I chose a decent car.... Mercedes Benz, I sat in the car and headed towards Amelia's apartments.... It was half an hour drive form my home to Amelia's apartments according to the address she texted me...

And guess what...I got her number by this... Yeah! I parked my car in the parking lot and waited for her.....I was waiting when I saw a lady standing at a distance.

Oh god!! She was lookin' damn.....
Know what Erick? You're insane...Don't think about her like that!.

Saying that in my head I got out of my car and went to her. When she saw me her eyes got lit up. And I was really happy to see that expression on her face For me. She was wearing a white elegant dress...With a gold statement necklace in her neck which was sparkling...Just like her personality!...And clutch in her hand. And her hair which were in the front, I'm in love with them, they were coming down to her waist, her hairs are really long!!...In fact I'm in love with everything she has.

Wait...Am I in love with her?!...No!No!No! Not at all... She's just pretty and I just.....I don't know, I think I shouldn't think like this about her.Shrugging the thought,
I extended my hand towards her and she took it with confidence, Just like a princess her head was high, She was walking perfectly...And her body shape!..Wait...I think I have to shut my mind! Whenever I talk about her my words get mixed like- a lot of love with a little lust...I don't know why??!

You don't love her...Maybe you do?...No!...I don't know.
But she's nice...Shut up brain!

Well, We came to our destination and I handed my keys to the person standing near the gate,He was parking the cars.Then, we both walked in....I introduced Amelia to Ryan and my sister Charlotte.

After sometime -

Everybody was applauding for Charlotte and Ryan, as the deal they had closed was a real success. when suddenly I heard Amelia's scream..She was calling for me...She needed help!! I went running towards her pushing the crowd off of my way as I was standing in the front.I should have not left her alone...

When I went there I saw that, John was holding her wrist really tightly, Firstly that made my temper flamed up how dare he touch her!? and then when I saw the second thing which was Amelia was crying in pain..I just couldn't control myself and punched at John's face, His nose started bleeding ..... Then, the guards came and picked him up from the floor and took him out.I know it was a wrong move to punch him in front of the whole crowd ,But trust me I know that his 'history with females' is really bad.

Amelia was still crying, but I was feeling like her super hero...Finally she called me to help her!! Okay fine, I know that she called for me because here in this party the only one she knew was me, But still!!

I apologized from everyone who was there in the party, for the interruption in their enjoyment...Which was actually a little awkward 'cause this was the first time I apologized to people...I never ever did it to anyone, Not my dad even! But I think my heart gets melted whenever Amelia is near me.I know that quiet Cliche but still..
