STARTED AT STARBUCKS (On Hold)

Chapter 3: Exchanging sights.

ERICK'S POV:

"Today is a very important day"...I said to myself,I have to make this meeting a success...I went downstairs after spraying the cologne on my new Armani suit....As I went downstairs I saw Charlotte (my sister) and my mom having breakfast. Charlotte greeted me with a smile "Good Morning" she said.

"Hey! You're here this early everything all right ?"I asked and before she could say anything else I questioned her again "Where's Ryan?"
he's my best friend and my sister's husband too,I'm glad she married him he's just the right guy!.

In Charlotte's place mom answered "He's gone to his company for a meeting ,and dropped her here just now".In a relief I sighed "Okay.Alright ,bye guys take care."
As I stepped towards the entrance door my sister stopped me by saying "Where are you going?? You haven't eaten your breakfast yet!".Pointing towards the Butter Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich .
I replied "No! I just got a call from Rob (my P.A) ,I need to go".

AMELIA'S POV:

"Oh my God!! Why don't these kind of people just die?"I said to myself. coming out from the office I was really pissed off.

I started walking towards a bus stop as I couldn't get a cab in this area. I couldn't eat my breakfast properly because of my anxiety.and at that moment I decided to have something as I was really hungry!!.
Who knew??I will get to meet a pervert who's the CEO of "PAN COSMETICS".I knew there was a coffee shop nearby it was a little expensive, but I could manage as I was really hungry! ."I'll die if I'll not get to eat something right now!" I said to myself and started walking towards the coffee shop.

After 20 minutes-

I was there in front of the coffee shop "THE STARBUCKS". I didn't gave much attention to the place and people staring at me because I was really hungry. I got coffee for myself​ and was going to sit and enjoy it when a thought came to my mind -"I slapped the CEO of PAN COSMETICS. shit what the hell I did?".I feel like crying!.

Then, I got a call from an unknown number. I answered it ..."Hello Amelia here"...The voice said "Hello Amelia its me Octavia"..."Octavia?" I said in a questioning tone. Yes the receptionist of PAN COSMETICS. oh god!! It's her what should I do now ?? After hearing her name a drop came running down from my Left eye.I immediately rubbed it from my sleeve.

"Yes octavia!?" I said making my voice confident. she yelled from the other side "Miss Amelia Williams!!Our CEO wants you to apologise for what you did to him, in front of the whole staff".

What?! What did she say!?.why am I supposed to apologise for what I did to that pervert?.For once I got lost in my own world. Then octavia said "You need to be here in the next 45 minutes, apologize , otherwise forget the job!!".Oh shit!!!!!. They know how much I want a job right now.

ERICK'S POV :

I was on my way to my company when Rob called me ,I answered the call and said "Now what's it Rob??".He was stammering I couldn't get what he said .I hardened my voice and said "What?" ..This time he was speaking clearly. he said-"Actually sir..... Erina has lost the important files we needed for the meeting and the meeting has been cancelled".

Erina was an employee and it was her duty to assemble all files which we needed, properly.

I stopped my car when I heard the word "lost" .My temper rose and the only thing I said was "Erina's fired!" and hung up.

After that I didn't want to go to the office. today was an unlucky day maybe.I turned my car and went to my favourite place "THE STARBUCKS".I parked my car and got out...I was walking in when I saw a lady running towards me.I smiled ,many ladies did that ..But actually she didn't seem to look at me, instead she gave me a "Get outta ma way" look.

but I don't know what happened to me and I blocked her way, and as she was running at full speed ........Boom!!!. She bumped into me and spilled all her coffee at my suit.

hell! She spilled her coffee on my suit!!!!.and somehow slipped but before her body could touch the ground I held her by her waist with one hand and my other hand was holding her hand ,and same was with her .One of Her hand was on my shoulder and the other was lacing with my fingers.

Looking at her I felt like heaven .

If it was another girl I swear I would have taken a coffee and would have splashed on her face ,but this was different .

I just couldn't help it but look into her emerald eyes...Her eyes....Were beautiful.But right now after Looking in those eyes, Anybody could say that she was crying.
Her lips had a perfect shape....There was a pinkish-red tint on her lips , I guess it was the natural colour of her lips.And her arched eyebrows and complexion ...Don't ask about them!!...I held her waist with my hand and her fingers were lacing with mine ,this thought was giving me a kind of electric shock.....

I released her only when she cleared her throat saying "Ummm....Will you please let me stand". I said "Yeah! Sure".I released her and there ,she stood in front of me....such a beauty.... And then I saw her hair....... her brownish-golden curly hair ,her curls were just so perfect and natural which came down to her waist...Like wow....I could clearly see that she was still crying. All she said was "I-I'm sorry.....Ah thanks".
And walked out,when she was going away I felt like my heart breaking. But then I decided to behave ,and walk in ...While she went out.

AMELIA'S POV:

I was running at my full speed ,thinking about my mom,I wanted this job badly...And as I was running I saw a man standing in front of me..I was like....Get the hell out of my way...But before I could say anything we bumped into each other.....And I thought I was going to fell on the ground as I lost my balance ..I closed my eyes to feel the pain of my head touching the ground but it never did!!....
I was thinking why I was still in air?

When I felt a warm hand at my waist ..And the other to which my fingers were laced...I opened my eyes and to my surprise I saw the most beautiful,handsome and good-looking man I had ever seen in my life.

I saw his arched eyebrows,long lashes,his nose.....just suited his handsome face .His lips they were a lil bit of pink. His fair complexion and his hair i wanted to stroke them with my hands!!and my favorite part was his ocean-blue eyes....Got damn!! ...His grip was tight on my waist ....His muscular body!!!!It felt like a wall. I just controlled myself and cleared my throat and said-"ummm....Will you please let me stand??".
"yeah sure!!"his voice is damn perfect,just like his face oh my God !!!!.saying that he released me ,all the blood rushed to my cheeks and they got red......And I wanted to tell him that, it was an accident but my voice didn't come out! The only thing I could say was-"I-I'm Sorry....Ah Thanks".And saying that I walked away....
