Chapter Five - Mystery Crush?

"What?!" Niall and I exclaim at the same time.  

"Niall and Elena are going to be sharing a room for the next three weeks." Louis repeated slowly. 

I'm sharing a room with Niall? What? I could feel my cheeks heat up and I looked over to Niall and saw his cheeks were red like mine. Why did Louis have to choose that dare? I glared at my cousin and he just gave me a knowing look then turned to look at Niall to give him the same look. Did Niall like me? He looked up at me and his eyes just made my heart melt. I think I'm crushing on Niall. I mean my heart skips a beat everytime he looks at me with his warm eyes and- 

"Helllloooo?! Earth to Ellie?" Ava said waving in front of my face. 

"Er..Sorry what?" 

"Daydreaming I see?" She said giving me a 'we need to talk' look. I just shrugged.  

"Im Hungry!" Louis complained.  

"Everyone want pizza?" Liam asked. We all mumbled our agreements then Liam ordered 6 pizzas. I noticed Niall hasn't said a word or moved. I waved a hand in front of his face, "Niall? Are you okay?" I asked concerned. 

"Huh? What? Oh yeah Im fine." He said looking flustered.

I gave him a confused look, "Okaaaay then" 

"While we wait for the pizza let's unpack" Liam suggested. We all went to grab our bags. "Wait a minute," Ava said with an expression like she was piecing something together, "If I'm not sharing with El, Where the hell am I sleeping?!" I burst out laughing at my best friend then pushed Zayn forward. "Looks like bradford boy here is volunteering" Louis announced cheekily winking at them and giving me an are-you-thinking-what-im-thinking look. I just laughed and nodded. Meanwhile Zayn was giving both me and Louis a death glare "I didn't volunteer Elena p-pushed me!" Zayn said flustered, "I swear! It's n-not like I have a c-crush on you or anything." Very smooth Zayn.

"Yeah right sure I did" I said sarcastically. "Ava and Zayn are sharing then" Louis said.  

I heard Zayn mutter something like "Bloody evil cousins" . 

After we unpacked we all met down in living room when the doorbell rang. "I'll get it!" Louis said running to the door but forgetting to open it. BANG!

"Oww...." Louis had full on face planted right into the door and now a purpley redish bruise was starting to form on his forehead. I couldn't hold it in anymore and I went into hysterics. "I can't b-believe you did that, you're such a l-loser, Boo bear" I tried to say in between laughs.  

"Shut up Ellie" He mumbled grumpily. Liam had gone to get an ice pack for Louis' head and was now pressing it to the forming bruise being the Daddy Direction he is. Niall had got up and paid the pizza guy and took the pizza into the dining room. I followed being the food-lover I am and Niall had already eaten 7 pieces! "Niall! Save some for everyone else!" I warned him.  

"NEVEEEER!" He said shoving another piece in his mouth.  

"Fine, Save some for me then?"  

"Get over here then" He said chuckling. I went over and grabbed a piece and sat down next to him. I could feel Niall's eyes watching me, "What?" I asked.

He jumped a little bit like I gave him a fright and went slightly pink. "Sorry, Oh nothing" He said with small smile. What's up with him?

Niall's POV:

"What?" Elena's voice made me jump, I had totally zoned out thinking about her and she caught me. "Sorry, N-Nothing" She just gave me a confused look and went back to eating her pizza. I've really started to like Elena, I know I shouldn't, I mean she's Louis' cousin and I can see that they're more like brother and sister rather than cousins because they're that close wouldn't it be a bit weird. I've only known her for not even a whole day but from when I looked into her eyes for the first time I felt the instant connection and when we danced at the wedding I felt sparks, I know it's cheesy but it's the truth. I almost kissed her if only we didn't get interrupted. 

"Niall?" Elena snapped me out of my thinking trance. 

"What? Yeah?" 

"You've been in that same position for like five minutes with a weird concentrated expression,What are you thinking about?" 

"Er.. Just stuff" I said. 

"Okaay?" yeah, like what would happen if I actually got to kiss you without interruptions, I thought to myself.  

"What was that?" Crap, Did I say that out loud?  

"Umm. I w-was just saying th-"  

"You guys better not have eaten all the pizza! I know how much both of you can eat!" Lou yelled saving me from explaining. Then the others came in and demolished the rest of the pizza. After we finished dinner it was about 10.30. Still early.

"I'm just going upstairs to our room to talk to Ava, Ok Nialler?" Elena informed me. 

"Sure, okay" They took off upstairs. Suddenly all the boys rushed over to me with curious expressions.

"What?" I asked them.  

"The two girls are going upstairs..." Louis started. 

"To have a private talk.." Zayn continued.

"Most probably about us..." Harry carried on.

"So what are we all still doing here?" Liam finished. 

"You actually want to eavesdrop on a conversation that was clearly not meant for us?" I said. "Precisely" They all said at the same time then tiptoed up the stairs and press their ears to the door as I join them.

I hear Elena say "I know Ava, but we've only just met them today. Is it even possible to like someone that fast? I think I really like him though. I mean since the whole Connor incident I haven't felt like this. I haven't felt this happy." We all gave each other confused looks. And I mouthed "Who is she talking about?" to the boys who just responded with shrugs then contined to listen. "I know Leelee, I haven't seen your usual spark in your eye since the whole Conner situation until today," Ava said. I was getting really confused. Who's this Connor guy? Who did Ellie like? "But I know how you feel, I think I'm starting to like you know who" Ava continued.

"You know Ava, I have a feeling he migght have to hots for you too" Elena teased.

"You think so?" She asked doubting and we didn't hear a response.

 "Well, this holiday may just get a whole lot more interesting, we should probably go downstairs know before they think we've died or something" Elena finished. We all heard footsteps coming closer and we all exchanged panicked looks so I mouthed "I got it" as the boys scrambled down the stairs. I went to knock on the door just as Elena opened it, " Er.. Are you girls tired? or Do you want to watch a movie?"

"Let's watch a movie!" They both said excitedly.

We made our way downstairs after we grabbed lots of blankets and pillows and went to watch a movie. I sat on the sofa with Elena and Harry, Zayn sat on the other sofa with Ava then Louis and Liam were on the ground. Liam quickly shoved in Toy Story before we could protest. "How many times have you watched this Liam?" I asked out of curiousity.

"I dont know, like 97, but who's counting"

As the movie played Elena started to fall asleep and cuddle into me so I wrapped my arms around her and placed a blanket over us so we were comfortable. Soon she fell asleep and I watched her rather than the movie, when she's in my arms it feels so right, I should tell her how I feel before it's too late. With Elena in my arms I started to get sleepy so I gave her a small kiss on the head and dosed off to sleep.

This is more of a Filler chapter. I'll try to update more and have longer chapters but for now..
