Andys POV
I was gonna do it, i was gonna ask Lynn to be mine. I stuttered on my words but she laughed and made me feel safe, I was worried she didn't feel the same.
"L-Lynn?" I awkwardly ask.
"Yes Andy?" She replied.

I swallow and take a deep breath, I can feel Lynn's eyes burning into me.

"Lynn I've felt Something for you since the day I first laid eyes on you" I stop slightly and hold Lynn closer to me.
"You make me feel like no other feeling, what I'm trying to say is that you mean a lot to me... like a lot Lynn" our eyes locked again and she looks at me making me smile.
"Andy, I love you so much. You mean the world to me" Lynn says as she looks at the sky. She looked distracted and it distracted me from what I was trying to say.
"I really should go inside" she whispers
"Yeh.. yes you should, em I'll see you at school?" I ask
"Yes Andy, I'll see you there" she hugs me one last time then turns her back and climbs the roof back into her room.
I hated myself for not asking her out but I got over the feeling and began walking home; I'll have other opportunities.
The sun was still low but bright, I could see some small fluffy clouds along the horizon. I've always loved watching the sunrise it's just so beautiful, the colours all mixing. As I got closer to my house I saw my mum stood outside, I questioned it in my mind but I figured she noticed I was gone. Just as I got closer I saw her fall to her knees, her head in her hands. Almost like she was crying. I ran towards her.
She fell to the the ground, on her side I couldn't tell if she was breathing. I felt a pain in my heart as I shook her to try and wake her up.
"MUM! WAKE UP!" I kept shouting but I was receiving no answers. I wiped tears off my face and continued to try and wake her.
I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and called for an ambulance, the man on the other line could hardly understand my shouting between sobs. But they sent an ambulance and they told me to check her pulse, she still had a heart beat and her breathing was fine. Taking her hand in mine I held it close to me, worrying myself more than anything. When the ambulance arrived a woman got out the back and came over to me, asked me what happened while the other man was bringing a bed over. They put my mum on the bed and wheeled her over to the ambulance. The past experience went blurry it was only five minutes ago but it felt like hours ago, the tears still rolling down my face. As we arrived at the hospital I felt faint and with no one around I had no one to lean on. My vision got blurred and I felt light headed, the world spinning around me.
Then everything went black.
