Forecast Members Defend Kaito's Instagram Post and Bold Internet Arguments The Day Before Debut April 1st 2017
Today, the day before Forecast's official debut, Kaito posted a sentimental caption, thanking many different people. Under a picture of himself and his group members, along with a few other staff members the English translation is as follows:
The past four weeks have been like a dream... I can't believe we've gotten to this point and we're finally debuting! For the months and months we've been training together I've learned so much from all of you - Forecast fighting! I love you all from the bottom of my heart and everyday you all make me feel at home. I'd spend my entire life with you all if I could, and that's the plan! Thank you so much to the opportunities and efforts spent by the staff of CS, especially CEO Kim Seojun and the other managers. Thank you to the fans who have been supporting and helping us on our way to debut too! #FORECAST #ThankYou #NotAnAprilFoolsJoke Love you all!
F.O.X. replied with a comment stating "You deserve it!" which was followed by handful of positive fan comments as well. However, one explicitly harsh comment stated: "Ok we get it, quit being such a [censored] and get a girlfriend if you need that much love you [censored]."
A storm of fans immediately attacked the user but Kaito never commented directly back at the person on the original post. However, less than twenty minutes later another post was made, indirectly calling out the one commenter, who has since deleted their comment. The translation is as follows:
"Accepting all the love given to me unlike some salty people haha :)"
The most striking part of Kaito's retort is not the sly comment but rather the accompanying photo, which is confusing many citizens regarding the sincerity and identity of the picture and the other person on Kaito's right.

Regarding the sincerity of Kaito's response to the homophobic commenter, many wonder whether this was an act of joking rebuttal to silence the individual or a sincere retort in defense of Kaito himself. Because of today being April 1st, some suspect it may have been an excuse to release such an April Fool's Joke.
Regarding the identity of the other boy in the photo, it is obviously none of the other members of Forecast, clearly shown by the hair color since none of the other members have anything close to such a color. Without any other known male trainees at the company, more and more questions are piling up regarding Kaito's sudden actions online.
Whether the increased coverage regarding this confusing online outbreak of questions is helping or hurting Forecast's impression on new fans, it surely is increasing their notability in preparation for their debut tomorrow.
