"Oh my goodness..." Charlie's rough voice echoed through the music room when he saw the date I had set up for us this brand new week. I watched him walk up on the stage, clasping a microphone in his hands and looking around at the beautiful instruments lying around.

"Do you like it?" I laughed at him, watching him admire the strings on a guitar. He walked over to the piano and pressed a key.

"I do, I love music." He answered happily. I walked closer, sitting next to him on the piano bench as he pressed keys. "Do you know how to play?" I asked Charlie, making him look to me.

"Yes. I learned when I was a child. Sing with me?" He asked me back. I shook my head with wide eyes. "I'm not good..." I tried to get out of it. He shook his head and brought a hand to my cheek to cup it.

"You're probably lovely. Follow me." He told me, grabbing his cellphone and searching something on the internet. He placed it on the dashboard and he zoomed in on the lyrics.

"Ed Sheeran? I love his music...how did you know?" I smiled at him. He shrugged and began playing piano keys. He seemed to already know the song by heart. I looked at the lyrics and began singing in a soft voice.

"You are the one girl
And you know that it's true
I'm feeling younger
Every time that I'm alone with you

We were sitting in a parked car
Stealing kisses in the front yard
We got questions we should not ask but

How would you feel, if I told you I loved you?
It's just something that I want to do
I'll be taking my time, spending my life
Falling deeper in love with you
So tell me that you love me too

In the summer, as the lilacs bloom
Love flows deeper than the river
Every moment that I spend with you
We were sat upon our best friend's roof
I had both of my arms round you
Watching the sunrise replace the moon

How would you feel, if I told you I loved you?
It's just something that I want to do
I'll be taking my time, spending my life
Falling deeper in love with you
So tell me that you love me too

We were sitting in a parked car
Stealing kisses in the front yard
We got questions we shouldn't ask but

How would you feel, if I told you I loved you?
It's just something that I want to do
I'll be taking my time, spending my life
Falling deeper in love with you
So tell me that you love me too
Tell me that you love me too
Tell me that you love me too"

I sang the last few lyrics softly, linking eyes with Charlie. He smiled at me with his signature grin, marking how in awe he was. I never knew why he always did that. I huff out, taking my hands off the mic and sit next to my boyfriend. Woah...

My boyfriend?

I was about to kiss him before that thought came flying into my head like a bird. My eyes obviously grew because Charlie sat waving his hands in front of my face. I swung out of my trance and back to real life. "What was that?" He scoffed at me, placing a hand on my high.

I adjusted my skirt, moving it to the side a bit. "I was just thinking to myself and I accidentally called you..." I chickened out, looking at him and how interested he was.

"Called me what? An amazing piano player? I tried." He joked, making me laugh. I love how he could do that. Make me laugh out of the blue and effortlessly.

"I called you my boyfriend." I admitted, blood rushing to my cheeks. He just shook his head at me.

"Don't you know by now Amanda?"

"Know what?" I asked with confusion filling my voice.

"I am your boyfriend. We're technically dating." He laughed gently at me, moving his hand from my thigh to take my left hand in his right one.

"I didn't know..."

"Do you want me to be your boyfriend?"

"Of course!" I exclaimed.

"Good. I want to be your boyfriend. I love you." Charlie spoke to me. I couldn't help but blush once again at his sweet sweet words. There's always something between us. A spark.

"I also have another boyfriend Charlie." I reminded him.

He rolled his eyes then looked to me. "He's got nothing against me. You and I, we're meant to be. Don't you agree?"

I stayed silent, not wanting to tell him my choice. That's basically what he was asking me. To choose. I looked away, not making eye contact. I stared around at all the guitars.

"Hey." His voice whispered to me. He brought his hand to cup my face and made me look at him. "I know you can't choose yet. You don't want to choose for that matter. I just wanted to tell you how I feel."

"Good. Tell me how you feel all the time." I whispered back at him, my hands on his forearms. He placed his hand down to hold mine again.

"I absolutely love you. I want to marry you and have children together and run this palace together. As I said before, there's something between us."

"A spark." I muttered.

"Yes. A spark."
