We've been on the jet for maybe 20 minutes and I haven't gotten the nicest looks, I wanted to say something but I wasn't sure what to say or what to tell them. Wanda was probably thinking the same thing since we knew each other. Of course we had a forgettable past but something tells me she can piece it all back together. Bucky was shaking from before, I wasn't sure he wanted to make a scene in front of everyone though so I stayed quiet.
"Alex, can we talk?" He whispered. I nodded my head as he led me a bit farther away from where the cluster of people were.
"What's wrong?" I asked. He didn't answer, he wrapped arms around neck and pulled me closer to him to hug me. I tried to let him calm down but I could tell he was still tense so I pulled away with my hands on his neck. "I've noticed you've been shaking, you still are."
"Yeah, uhh....that book hasn't exactly had the best affect on me. It's been hard, last year some guy tried to use it to tear the Avengers apart, but you knew that already." He explained. I knew, but he doesn't remember that. I didn't want to make matters worse and inform him.
"It-It's going to be okay. You just need to stay strong and fight that part of your past because it's eating away at you by the hour. You need to stay strong."
"I haven't been strong in so long, how am I supposed to fix myself if I don't know how to?"
"You get help. It's okay to get help. Me, Steve, even that Sam Wilson guy, we can help you fix your past into the one you were supposed to live with." He looked down, letting his hair shield his eyes. I pulled up his chin and kissed his forehead. "The past you deserved, that's the one we are going to help you get."

After my pep talk to Bucky we sat alone until we got to wherever they were taking us. Bucky probably knew but I didn't want to ask him a bunch of stupid questions at the moment. Steve walked over to us and sat next to Bucky.
"Are you okay?" He asked him. Bucky turned to me, a light smile on his lips before turning back to Steve.
"Yeah, a bit shaken up but things could be worse," He replied. Steve smiled and pulled Bucky in to hug him, Bucky and Steve whispered something to each other but I could only make out a bit of it: "I'm with ya..." after that I couldn't really hear them.
"So we should get going and get you two into some more comforting clothes. I'm sure you prefer regular clothes over HYDRA's uniform." I nodded my head to him as he smiled back.
"By the way, where are we?" I asked.
"We're at the Wakandian Palace."

Steve led me to a room filled with variously styled clothes. "This is where we keep all our undercover clothes, I'm sure we have something for you."
"Hopefully, we should start looking I guess." I went deeper into the room with Steve in front of me. He lead me to where Wanda had all her mission clothes. He didn't talk to me until he came up with one question.
"How was Bucky while he was in there?" He asked me. I stopped shuffling through the clothes before answering.
"He was nervous. Scared, I'm sure. But he stayed strong. He fought through the memory washer, it didn't effect him," I told him. He chuckled.
"Yeah, he's pretty headstrong but that's his way of hiding his fear," He told me.
"He was acting pretty headstrong but he let it all out once no one was watching. If HYDRA sees you weak it's almost a death sentence," I explained.
