Your destination was quite a ways away, so during the day, mostly what you did was walk. Or pester Lee until he carried you.

Currently you were in his arms, being as lazy as you possibly could. "I'm tired."

Lee rolled his eyes. "How can you be tired, you have barely done anything."

"A woman chooses when she's tired, Lee."

"That does not make any sense."

"Not to you, you're a man."

Lee gave up, shifting his hold on you when you inevitably fell asleep.

~~~
You threw twigs into the fire, chuckling darkly as they caught flame. "Yes. Burn."
Lee and Gai put out the bedrolls while you continued to throw random things into the fire just to watch them burn. After a handful of leaves caught flame and were carried up into the trees, still burning, you decided that you should probably stop before you burn the whole place down.
Going over to your little bed area, you settled down with a soft sigh. Lee moved to lay down beside you, but Gai nudged him away. "Sorry, Lee, but you're going to have to get used to sleeping without her. You won't be able to share a bed with her when we get where we're going."
"Watch me." Lee struggled in Gai's grip, reaching out towards you. You reached out and grabbed his hand. Gai sighed and gently pulled Lee away.
"Come on, Lee, stop that."
"No."
"You have to."
"No I do not."
"Lee. No."
"Yes."
Eventually, Gai just had to knock Lee out. But when he woke up the next morning, he found that his student had cuddled up to him in the middle of the night.
You looked over and giggled. "Sorry, Gai. He just can't stand sleeping alone."
"I noticed." Gai carefully untangled himself from Lee and shook the boy awake. "Come on, wake up."
"Cornflowers! What?" Lee looked around, confused for a minute. You pulled him to his feet and ran a hand through his messy black hair.
"Hey."
Lee kissed you. "Hello."
You all cleaned up your little camp spot and set out again, heading towards your destination.
~two days later~
"Gaaaiiii."
"What?"
You whined, dragging your feet. "Are we there yet?"
"No, now stop whining."
*whines*
Lee ended up carrying you on his back, where you fell asleep rather quickly.
After about another mile or so, Lee gently shook you awake. "Come on, (Y/N). We are almost there, so you will have to walk."
You stretched, yawning. "Are we?"
"Yes."
You walked forward, slowly waking up as you continued. Soon enough, the wall of a village came into view and the three of you sped up, eager to reach the end of the first part of your journey.
At the gate, the guards seemed polite enough to Gai and Lee, though they pretended like you didn't even exist. After a bunch of lies about who you were and where you came from, your crew was allowed entrance, passing through the gate and entering the city.
You carried Gai and Lee's things, since you were supposed to be their slave. The three of you searched for a hotel to stay in and when you finally found one and got a room, your arms were starting to get a little weak.
Dropping the bags, you gave a small sigh. "That's better~"
Lee hugged you from behind, kissing the back of your neck and holding your hands in his. "I am sorry, (Y/N)."
"It's fine, Lee. My arms won't be too sore, I think."
He just hugged you tighter, not at all looking forward to the moment he would have to let go.
