"And that gay piece of crap kissed my man."

Naruto leaned back a little, surprise on his face. "For reals?"

You nodded. "For real."

"Dang. Ya know, if someone other than me kissed Sasuke, I would probably be equally pissed."

"Is that so?"

"Mmhmm, you know it."

"I know it."

~~~
Choji hugged you tight, the big man almost crying. "You're okaaaaaayyyyy!!"
"Yep, I'm fine."
Shikamaru sighed and put a hand on his friend's arm. "Choji, you're smothering her."
"Oh! Sorry!" He let you go, rubbing the back of his neck. "Guess I got overexcited..."
You shook yourself and said, "Don't worry about it, it's fine. Oh, also, in pregnant. And getting married."
Aaaaaand, that's when Choji started crying.
~~~
As you went through the Leaf the crowd following you gradually got bigger, with people asking about your mission, your baby, your wedding.

Sai, sweet as he was, had no idea what the correct thing to say was and he ended up saying, "Are you getting married because you want to, or because you had too much sex."

Naruto drop kicked him.

Gai had yet to stop crying, same with Lee and Choji and Yamato. They just... Kept crying. For quite a while, actually.

You still hadn't forgiven Sakura for being mean to Lee like, two and a half years ago, so naturally you avoided her completely.

Same with Ino. And Tenten. Basically all the women except for Tsunade and Hinata were shunned by you.

You invited Sakura's dad though, that guy was a beast at puns. And dat hair. It's hella fine.

Lee scooped you up into his arms and carried you bridal style, kissing you whenever you protested. You settled down in his grip with a yawn and smiled. "Hey Lee?"

"Yes?"

"When are we going to get married?"

"Right now, of course."

"What?"

Lee set you down and you looked around to see that everyone in the village that you knew had gathered. There was no planning, no setup, you didn't even have a dress! But at the same time... There was something strangely perfect about it.

You laughed and took hold of Lee's hand. "Why not?"

~~~
Lee grabbed you and pulled you against him, his mouth crashing against yours. The crowd cheered as you were pronounced man and wife. When you pulled away from each other, Gai grabbed you both and spun you around with a laugh, before hugging you both and breaking down in tears.
You hugged your Sensei, trying to get him to calm down, but then Lee started crying and you had both of them clinging to you crying like babies. Which, of course, made you cry.
Hugs were given, congratulations expressed, and you had to coax Petal out from under a table once. The party was grand and you enjoyed it very much.
But you were very happy when it ended and you got to go home.
Gai ended up taking care of Petal, and you had no doubt that the excitable man could rid Petal of her fears of life.
Waving goodbye, you left the crowd behind with Lee at your side. He laid an arm over your shoulders and kissed your temple. You hummed quietly before yawning.
"Tired?" You nodded and Lee picked you up. "I will get you home. Go to sleep, okay?"
You rested your head against his shoulder and relaxed, letting yourself be claimed by sleep.
~~~
With a whine, you pushed Lee out of bed. He hit the ground with a thump and grumbled to himself before getting up and closing the shutters, effectively shutting out the morning light.

He staggered back to bed and collapsed half on top of you, grabbing hold of your hand and settling down. You whined and wriggled around until you were comfortable, with Lee's body pressed close to yours.

Still half asleep, you weakly ran a hand through his dark hair a few times. You considered trying to wake up, but discarded that idea. You were home, you had nothing to do and nowhere to be.

And so you were going to stay here, in your bed with your husband in your arms. Lee stirred long enough to kiss your swollen stomach before he buried his face in your hair and started to snore.

You were supposed to go out later and spend some time with Petal and Hinata, but that was later. Besides, you were carrying a baby, you kind of had a right to sleep in late. So, with a quiet sigh, you went back to sleep.
