I check the time on my otherwise useless phone. 12:03. Alec and I were still stuck in this wretched locker room and I came to wonder, is anyone actually looking for us.
"Oh you motherfucker. You can go fuck a mother in her ass cause you don't have anything else better to do, do you?" Alec cursed making me look at him with wide eyes. So much bad things. I quickly realized and I smirk.
"You said do do," I giggled and Alec glanced at me with a cringe.
"You seriously need a life," he said going back to his phone where I see he died while playing a suicide squad game. I've heard of Suicide Squad, but I don't know much about it other than it's a movie. He was playing with a character that shot literal fire out of his hands. Fake.
"I do have a life; otherwise, I wouldn't be sitting here, next to you," I retort. I didn't realize I was watching him play his game until he shook my shoulder.
"Wanna play?" he asked handing his phone to me. In two seconds I was dead, in the game of course, and Alec chuckled.
"Need to know how to play?" he asked in a tone people would use when talking to babies.
"Psh no," I said trying to sound confident, but failing. Alec laughed his lyrical laugh and moved me to sit on his lap. I struggled to move, but he planted his hands on my hips and moved his mouth near my ear.
"Calm down kitten, I won't bite," his whispered.
"Don't call me that?" I groaned.
"What kitten? But you are a kitten," he chuckled in my ear and rested his chin one my shoulder. I watched carefully as he grabbed the phone from my grasp and held it horizontally, not vertically like I was.
Alec taught me how to play and handed the phone back to me. I lasted two levels before I died. This fire dude sucks.
"Maybe you're more of a 'Beat the living crap out of people with a bat' person," Alec notes and switches the characters. The next character was a girl in pig tails wearing provocative clothes. I immediately shut that one down.
"This is the last person," Alec murmurs lowly and changes the character once again. This person had guns, not bats and fire. I did well with him and beat Alec's high score.
"What! No fair. Cheater!" he says in shocks. I giggle and he changes the game.
We stayed like that. Playing games that didn't need internet on our phones while I sat on Alec's lap.
It was, dare I say, fun.
