"They really weren't lying about sending an army," I muttered in Max's ear as I take in the group of sixty pack warriors.

This would definitely help us against the humans. They don't stand a chance against all of us. The thought made me smile. This would all be over soon

"Yeah, but at least we can protect your pack."

"Our pack," I correct, kissing her behind her ear.

"Ready to go?" Bo asks coming up to stand beside us.

I nod over at her, opening my mouth to say thanks, but max beats me too it.

"Thank you so much Bo," Max sighs, pulling her into a hug.

"Of course, anything for my favorite niece," Bo replies slyly.

"I'm your only niece," she mutters.

"All the more reason to spoil you," she winks at Max.

"Are you guys just quoting the Lion King and changing a few words here and there," I ask suspiciously.

"Maybe..." Bo draws before walking off to her warriors.

"What an interesting family you have," I comment jokingly.

"Like yours is any better," Max shoots back before walking down towards the warriors.

I chuckle before following her down towards the warriors. Bo is telling them the plan and they are all listening intently. I can tell they greatly respect her and admire her. She must be one hell of a fighter. As soon as she finishes her talk with the warriors, they all separate towards different vehicles.

Max walks off towards the house, probably to go grab our bags and say goodbye to her family, leaving me with Bo.

"How did you get such a big pack?" I ask as she comes to a halt in front of me.

"Tommy and I joined our packs together, though you can still tell which warriors are mine, they are the superior ones," she winks at me, making me chuckle.

"So you were an Alpha?"

"Yup, Alpha, Bo Malka of the western pack, well, was now I'm Bo Calvo, Luna to tommy's pack and Alpha to my own, but we are pretty much both the leaders of all of them," Bo shrugs with a small smile.

"That's nice," I comment.

"Bo, are you leaving yet?" I hear Minho's accent from behind me.

I turn around and sure enough he's running towards Bo. She smiles and nods at him as he crashes into her side, giving her a big hug. Bo's smile softens as she hugs her adoptive son back.

I wanted to have a kid of my own with max! I kne wit wasn't the right time, but in a few years, I wanted to marry max and have a family. Once this matter was settled, I would move onto the next, which would be marriage.

The thought makes me all happy inside, but also nervous. I force my thoughts away from the future and back on the present, which was that humans were after us and I had to protect my pack and my family.

"I'll be back before you know it, Minho. Oh, and don't let Adam get away with picking on you and Ava anymore. I know he's mean, but he's your cousin, so just try to be the bigger person and resolve it without too much fighting," Bo tells him.

"Come on, if you were in my position, you would have hit him too," Minho rolls his eyes.

"Yeah, you're probably right. Oh, well, I tried, if you do hit him, I sternly told you no, got it?"

"Yeah, I got it, I'll see you when you get back," Minho calls, running back off towards the house.

"Don't tell anyone that I'm a bad parent sand encourage violence, otherwise I will kill you and they will never find the body," Bo threatens me.

"You would never do that, Max would be miserable without me and you can't do that to your favorite nice," I smirk.

"Touché."

"Alright, we're all loaded up, let's go!" Max calls, making me turn around to find her by the car.

"Okay, just follow us to the territory," I tell Bo before heading off towards Max.

+++

We pulled into the center of the territory, the other cars piled with warriors parking behind us in one big clump. I look over at Max and find her unbuckling her seatbelt.

She looks over at me with a large smile and leans over, pecking my lips. Before I can pull her to me, she hops out of the car with a smirk, walking back towards the other cars.

I groan and lean the back of my head against the chair. She was going to be the death of me. With a sigh, I pull myself out of the car and walk back towards where Tommy is standing by his car.

"Where should all of my men stay?"

"We have a few extra homes and some of my pack members can house some, plus there are a few empty rooms in the pack house," I respond. "I'll go get everyone set up, there are sixty three men correct?"

"Correct,' Tommy nods.

"Alright, wait right here, while I get everything settled,' I tell him, before jogging over to the pack house.

Max follows after me, grabbing my hand as we make our way to the pack house. We should have everything settled within an hour, then it was time for a pack meeting.

+++

"I want to keep patrols out at all times. We will rotate, but I don't ever want to be unaware of them approaching, so we will have two patrol groups at all times checking the perimeters," I say, looking around the crowded room at all of the other warriors, including my own.

"You will be training every day for six hours. I know most of you may not need it, but it's never a bad thing to practice," Max adds.

"When the human's do attack, we will send the majority of you to the battle, while the rest of you stay here to guard the pack in case some slip through. Protecting the pack is the most important thing," I tell all of them.

They all nod their agreement, and over the next hour, we come up with plans and escape routes in case the situation calls for it. We were ready for those bastards.

No one messes with my pack and mate and gets away with it. I was going to make sure we got revenge for my fallen pack members.

I knew that everyone here would fight until their last breathe to defend my pack and that gave me comfort, knowing that people were willing to help and protect my pack.

I looked over at Max and found her listening intently with a determined expression on her face. I knew she felt the same way as I did, she probably wanted revenge more than I did after the hell they put her through.

And she was going to get it.

We all were.
