ELPHABA

There was a ringing silence after the guards left, carrying Elsa. I was unable to do anything because of the overload of visions I was getting. Once or twice I glimpsed Fiyero, looking confused and scared, and calling out my name, but mostly I saw flurries of ice, handcuffs broken with ice, and a girl, Anna, maybe, completely frozen, an ice statue. And for some reason, I kept seeing Anna be struck with ice again and again. A few times it felt like I was going back in the past, and saw a little girl with nearly pure-white hair , probably a very young Elsa, shoot ice, and hit an even younger girl, Anna, in the head. I saw how Anna’s strip of white hair came to be. I was lucky I hadn’t yelled or screamed because then the guards would’ve found me. The visions gave me a slight break, when the guards left. I was able to run towards the broken balcony, and see then leave. Then the visions came better, more vivid and more painful than before.

I screamed in agony. This was worse then when I was accidentally teleported here. I saw Elsa, struggling in a jail cell, her hands concealed with large handcuffs. She was pulling herself toward the window. The world outside was frozen.

At that moment, all my visions stopped. I fell the floor, breathing heavily. I made up my mind in an instant. I had to go save Elsa, even if it meant I’d never see my scarecrow again.
