Nothing eventful has really happened in the small town of Oddsville, as ironic as the name was. Everyone had deemed themselves normal or 'originally unique' but that was only a known handful. It seemed like every day was nearly the same besides the occasional teen or child activities during the weekends or break. Everyone wasn't expecting anything major to happen anytime soon, which was why no one expected to find out about the Fuentes'.

It was the youngest's fault really. But he just couldn't help himself, as he was a big supporter of animal justice that he broke out nearly all the animal of the Oddsville zoo causing him to be arrested and have a huge mark on his unknown record. The police thought it was some teenage prank and asked the weirdly dressed spaz where the rest of his accomplices are but when he said it was only him they had to ask who he was.

"Mikey" he simply answered.

"Well 'Mikey'," the chief dragged, "what kinda sick joke are you playing at here? You coulda risked lives pulling a stunt like that."

"Oh, Officer Hoppus, I assure you," 'Mikey' stressed, "animal lives matter too! How would you feel if you were locked up and was timely fed!?"

"Happens more than you know" Chief Hoppus under his breath grumbled bitterly.

He has a wife...

"Who are you anyway? I know every face in this town and not once have I seen you," the chief interrogated.

"I told you, my name's Mikey" the boy insisted.

"Mikey isn't enough, son." the officer sighed, "I need your full name and your folks' number."

"Oh, Michael Fuentes and the house number is Fuentes" the strange boy explained.

"Is Michael your father's name?" Chief asked.

"Nope, Michael is my name" he explained.

"I thought you said your name was 'Mikey'" the Chief seethed.

"It is Mikey," the boy exclaimed, "Michael is my real name but my name is Mike and Mikey."

The Chief merely blinked irritably at the boy in all black before dialing the strange number of his folks.

"Hello, yes? This is Chief Mark Hoppus of the Oddsville police department, I'm here to inform you that your son Michael has tried to release the animals from the zoo,"

There was the light voice of a woman on the other line and if the Chief didn't know any better -which he didn't- he would have guessed that he was talking to the nicest woman in the world. Though what she said next was truly surprising.

"Um, pardon me, ma'am?" the officer questioned.

The inaudible voice of a woman continued to speak and the chief officer continued to grow concerned and confused.

"Your son is lucky enough the zoo didn't press charges and you're concerned about the animals actually escaping?" the officer asked.

There was more chattering on the phone until she abruptly hung up, leaving the officer more confused.

"You um...You're free to go" the officer stuttered and watched as the darkly dressed boy left the interrogation room, leaving Chief Hoppus to question this so-called 'Fuentes'.

Word had got round of the mysterious boy who attempted to break out domesticated wild animals and the town was desperate to find out who he was. As the summer went on, records were discovered of a Victor Fuentes jr. and a Michael Fuentes both children of Victor and Vivian Fuentes. No records that show they have ever set foot in the halls of a school, which brings us to the very bald man who was stumbling over roots and ducking under branches.
