Kellin's POV

I know what I was doing was wrong, I know that being so close to Vic would confuse him, but I just couldn't help it! This whole 'just friends' thing was annoying because I didn't want to be just Vic's friend.

I didn't tell Vic about Johnny and when he came into Patty's to threaten me the day Vic got beat up. He told me to provide for him, or else... with the multiple amounts of eyewitnesses in the restaurant, he didn't do anything but smirk menacingly before leaving the restaurant and leaving me anxious and scared. Then Vic limped in and I knew that he was my warning, that I had to make sacrifices to ensure both mine and Vic's safety.

But I couldn't help myself currently as he looked so good with a vest on and being away from him for weeks on end was a little tempting. Tempting enough to practically shove my tongue down his throat and trail my hands down his back and chest. His strong grip held my hips in place as I desperately wriggled on top of his lap.

"Kell-"

"Let it happen, Vic," I mumbled against his lips.

And for a second he did, he kissed back and my body felt like it was floating into an everlasting abyss of darkness...god he was wearing off on me.

But he pulled away and kissed down my neck that sent shivers up my spine but then they trailed down to my shoulder and down my arm all the way to my hand and to say I didn't like that would make me a big fat liar.

"Come, mon cheri," he urged, "We must get to the house by 10,"

I couldn't explain how much I loved it when he spoke in another language, it just always gave me this burning hot feeling in my insides

"Whatever, " I agreed, "just 5 more minutes...I can't get enough of you,"

It took more than 5 minutes to tear away from Vic's body and we didn't speak about it as we walked in the woods to the old and creepy mansion that Vic calls home. When we did arrive, Mrs. Fuentes was instructing their monster butler to put boxes in their hearse vehicle.

"Oh, hello darlings" she greeted as soon as she seen us, "Kellin dear, you are looking absolutely gorgeous in that dress of yours, I was half-expecting you to wear those...light colors."

"Of course not, Mama," I told with a smile.

"And Victor, hombrecito," his mom gushed, "very handsome,"

She walked up and grabbed his cheeks, squishing them together like any normal mother should.

"Ma, stop it," Vic whined, swatting away her grabbing hands.

"5 minutes before we depart, madam," Frankenstein told.

"Thank you, Grimm," Mrs. Fuentes thanked, "Would you be a dear and get the car bruised while I get the rest of the lot?"

"Of course," Grimm complied, trudging all the way to the driver's seat.

I took this chance to follow the greenly pale butler, sliding in the passenger's seat and took a good look at him. The monster kept flickering his gaze at me until he finally grunted in question.

"So be honest with me," I murmured, "Is your last name Frankenstein?"

"...No, miss" he stammered.

My response was a doubtful stare, just seeing him fidget in his seat gave me immense satisfaction. He was obviously lying and one day I'll get the truth from him, but for now, I'll leave him uncomfortable.
