Everyone was whispering among each other as we walked down the hall side by side. I still couldn't understand why normal people couldn't mind their own business because I figure that is quite rude.

"Vic," Kellin whispered, "Everyone is staring...and not the good kind either"

"Don't think about it, Kell," I whispered reassuringly.

It happened yesterday after our talk, well, lack of one because he just jumped on me and nearly squeezed my life out of my eye sockets. But then I realized that my parents were expecting me for dinner, so I sincerely departed from the boy with unique green eyes and walked my way home.

Today, right when Mike and I walked through the double-door entrance of the school, there was an unusual amount of whispering that roamed the halls. Just as I was going to ask Mike if it was about us again, Kellin Bostwick practically jumped into my arms of safety.

That was when he explained that my 'confession of caring' had opened his eyes and 'gave' him the courage to ditch his followers. I was absolutely happy for him to have that courage but that courage leads up to this exact moment, him practically hugging my arm and worrying, but that was the least of our problems. Especially when Johnny stormed angrily towards us.

"What the hell, Kellin?" he exclaimed, "I'm hearing from Jenny, your best friend, that you are out of the friend group, care to explain?"

Kellin glanced at me helplessly and I just smiled at his beauty.

"Jenny wasn't a good friend, none of them were," Kellin explained quietly "and you haven't been the best boyfriend either, Johnny"

"What's that supposed to mean?" he seethed angrily.

"What I mean is that you make me throw parties and pay for extravagant dates that I really don't enjoy. You don't consider me in any of you little friend activities and when you do talk to me, it's to either get money, sex, or just to insult me and Jonny...I'm done. We are done."

Everyone gasped at Kellin's words but Johnny was literally shaking with anger. His fists were clenched in his palms and his teeth were clamped shut and then it happened...

Johnny King had raised his hand and swung it forward and in an instant, I caught his wrist and tightened my grip on it. It was my time to sneer at this wise guy...

"Beat it," I warned lowly.

"Stay outta this, pipsqueak" he growled. "Before you get a beating of a lifetime,"

"Johnny, that's the guy who attacked us," a cat that I remember from yesterday told.

"Well, I ain't afraid of this, little guy" Johnny sneered.

I twisted his wrist in an awkward position and watched him writhe in pain. Slowly, I brought him down to his knees, wrist still twisted. His bony knees hit the floor with a soft bang and it turned out that he was below eye level with me so I had to lean down to make my point across.

"You do not get to touch Kellin like that, boyfriend or not." I slowly told, "from now on, if I hear that you have gotten way too close for comfort, to Kellin, this wrist will be broken. Capisce?"

"Y-Yeah," he gritted, "whatever... didn't have any need for that skag anyway. He was just an easy score,"

I couldn't control my next actions of harshly kicking both of his thighs until he bent forward to the ground. Just as I was about to kick his side, I felt a hand softly touch my shoulder; I didn't have to turn to know it was Kellin.
