Reggie when he tells you he's jealous. Reggie has always felt insecure about himself, so when you and Jughead started hanging out more he started to second guess himself. Even though you've told him endless amounts of times that what you and Jughead have is simply platonic, a part of Reggie feels he isn't good enough for you. Due to his insecurity Reggie has become distant.
You frown as you pull Reggie into a empty class room during school to confront him. "What's going on Reggie? You haven't talked to me in a week. This isn't like you" You reach out to hold Reggie's hand, only for him to flinch under your touch. Reggie sighs as he takes in the look of worry on your face.
" I know I'm not the perfect boyfriend Y/N. I'm not the smartest person, I don't have a great sense of humor, and I don't have the best reputation, but please don't leave me" You give Reggie's hand a tight squeeze as your other hand reaches out to caress his cheek.
"Where is this coming from Reggie?" you ask with worry. Reggie looks down at the floor, too embarrassed to look you in the face. "You've been spending a lot of time with Jughead, and I see the way you two connect"
You force back a chuckle, letting out a few giggles. "Reggie, Jugheads like a brother to me. You have nothing to worry about" you say, placing a sweet kiss on Reggie's lips. You raise a eyebrow as you pull away from the kiss. "Are you jealous of Jughead?" you ask with a smirk
Reggie scoffs, trying his best to hide his humiliation. "What?....um no" You chuckle "you're a horrible liar babe" you say as a smile dances on your lips.
