Lilys POV

"Is she gonna be okay?" Teddy asks the doctor.  Two days before Hannah was walking on the train tracks when a train came toward her, she tried running but, we all knew Hannah wasn't fast enough, I mean she's related to Vern, so what do you expect, as soon as the train was practically 'on her tail'  she jumped, her head landed on a rock and was practically dead, but I saw her jump and I immediately called 911.  Hannah broke her arm in 2 different places, had a severe concussion, and had a pretty nasty cut on the back of her head.  "Kids, I dont like telling people this, let alone kids, but I don't know if she'll make it" teddy and Mattie made a small noise in there through but I stood there, holding back tears.  The doctor walked away and gordie (we liked each other) hugged me, "Lily I know this is hard, but we will make through it, just like we always do" Gordie told me as I cried into his shoulder "this is all my fault! I should have gone with her! I should have stayed with her, I'm not the same person without her.." I sobbed "Lily, it's nobody's fault, she could have been hit by a train and gotten killed right of the bat" mattie said, but then realized that, that didn't really help it just made me cry more.

A couple hours later the doctor came out onto the waiting room "you are now able to see hannah" teddy was the first up, but I pushed him out of the "what the...." but his words were muffled by matties hands over his mouth to shut him up teddy rolled his eyes at mattie and continued to follow the doctor
"Hey lily, mattie, teddy, and Gordie" Hannah was able to spit out.  Mattie had already started crying and teddy was choked up.  I just sat there Gordie holding me close.  "Its okay Hannah, you'll make it though this, it'll all be okay" I started to cry again "Lily I'm getting really tired" mattie made a small noise in her through, those were the words her grandpa spoke just before his last words, but I don't know that.  "Its okay Hannah, get your sleep, you need it" mattie held my shoulder close "Lily, the doctor told me, when she's falls asleep she..." Lilys eyes got full of tears "Hannah no!" Hannah pulled me close and whispered in my ear these words "may your dreams be big and your worries small"  "okay" you choke out starting to ball, you lay your head on Hannah's, "please Hannah, don't die, your all I have, not now" you go up to mattie who was hugging her brother, teddy also crying, "Gordie" you whisper he came and held you close to the sound of the long beeeeeeeeepp, the  sound of Hannah's death.  "I love you Gordie, I always have"   "me to lily, me to" you slowly walk out of the room trying to realize what had just happend Hannah's dead, my best friend, dead. 
At the time you wernt thinking straight so you hugged Gordie and whispered his name, when he looked at you, you kissed him.  "Your all I have left, please don't leave me"  "I would never"
