Lilys POV

People fall in love in mysterious ways

Me and Gordie lay in the grass watching the meteor shower, gazing upon the stars.  We arnt dating, and I don't mind, I mean, we've been best friends forever. 

Maybe just the touch of a hand

Gordie slightly brushed my hand as he pointed towards the sky
"Hey look at that one, lil!" He said, smiling at the sky.  How did I never notice the way his eyes glow in the night.  Or the way he- wait. Am I falling in love with Gordon LaChance?

Well me, I fall in love with you every single day

How could I be Just now falling for him? I thought.  I've known him for as long as I could remember.  Well, maybe I never didn't love him.  I loved him every single day of my life.

And I just want to tell you I am

"Gordie" I said.  I gazed into his amazing eyes.
"Yeah?" He asked, staring back into my eyes
"Do you like me?" I asked.
"Like, like like you, or just as a friend?" He asked smiling. 
"I mean like, like like me" I tried to share his enthusiasm.
"Yeah" he said softly.

So honey, now, take me into your loving arms

I looked at him, he smiled and rolled over, facing me.  He threw his arm over me and I snuggle into his chest (OMG CUTENESS OVERLOAD MUCH??!?!!!)  He dropped his head to the top of mine.

Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars

I looked into his eyes, as he stared into my eyes.   He leaned down and I stretched up to him. Our lips connected in the middle.  It was a kind of kiss where you felt self, comforting.
"I love you Lily"  he said as he pulled away
"I love you to gordie"
"Oh my gosh it's about Damn time!" I heard a voice.  Wait. I thought we were in my backyard-
"CHRISTOPHER!" I yelled, he laughed and threw his arm around mattie who was also laughing
