michael worried for far too long. he changed his outfit fifteen times, even though he wound up wearing the black skinny jeans he started with anyway. he left way earlier than he needed to, simply because he wouldn't miss this for the world. this was what they had been waiting for. for so long. it was finally happening, and michael couldn't wait. yeah, maybe he said he forgot, or that it was just for luke, but that was a massive lie. michael couldn't wait and had been practically counting down the days.

after what seemed like forever, michael finally got to the nandos they were going to meet at and headed inside. he was early, but so what. he figured he'd get a table and get ready for luke. he sat down and pulled out his phone, still no messages from luke though.

michaelgcliffor: hey luuuuukeeee

michaelgcliffor: can u believe i'm here already

michaelgcliffor: im way early bc i was that excited HAHAH

michaelgcliffor: man i'm so excited

michaelgcliffor: get ya butt here

michael awaited a response. the time went by ever so slowly, michael just wanted luke to get there already. he couldn't wait.

the time was finally here. it was 2pm, when they were supposed to meet. michael had been there since half past one, he couldn't believe this was really happening. after all the time that they had been friends, they were finally going to meet.

michael kept a close watch on the door as he waited for luke to walk through it. michael looked all around the restaurant for a tall blonde boy, but he didn't see one. not a single one. he checked his phone again, but no messages.

"maybe he's running late," michael thought to himself.

fifteen minutes later, and still nothing from luke.

michaelgcliffor: dude where are you????

he continued to wait. fifteen minutes turned into forty-five minutes.

michaelgcliffor: did i get the date wrong or something???

four hours had passed. michael still had heard nothing from luke. not a word.

michaelgcliffor: bro what the fuck

michaelgcliffor: are you standing me up??

michaelgcliffor: are you fucking serious right now??

michaelgcliffor: this was your fucking idea and you're bailing on it

michaelgcliffor: wow man. wow.

michael left nandos, extremely pissed off. he drove back home and expected to see a bunch of messages from luke, but still nothing.

michael decided to ignore luke. he figured that should get the message across, since luke didn't like being ignored, especially by michael.
