Nyo!England x Reader

So this is based on the '30 Minute Break' of the Luka State although I changed some stuff and the boy was in a hospital and Alice was arrested for the domestic violence. Because this didn't only happen once.
"Y/n, are you awake?" His mother, Aleah was about to break down in another river of tears. Her voice cracked and she held on to her son, sobbing. He was awake. He's fine. 
"Mom..?" He asked before hugging her tightly and turned to a sobbing mess. "My baby.." She whispered and cupped his cheek like he was still a kid. "You're awake!" His sister, Victoria stood up and went to his brother, hugging him. "Me and mom thought we lost you.. Thank goodness you're awake!"
"Oh my god.. my baby." Aleah hugged him tightly again, this time, smiling. He's awake.

The week before his accident, they both got into a heated argument and Alice was at her apartment, angrily shoving things to a luggage. Y/n entered and well, he was ready. "Love, don't-" She didn't answer and push him aside and went to the living room. Y/n went to the kitchen and took the beer, gulping it down. Alice was raged. How dare he. She ran in, threw a plate at him but he ducked and it aimed at the wall. She threw another one but it ended up on the wall but his face got damaged by it. Screaming 'I hate you, I hate you!', she ended up kicking him in the stomach and stomping on him several times before Y/n eventually escaped to the bathroom, panting and crying.
Alice stood there, realizing what she's done. She banged on the bathroom door, shouting. "Y/n! Y/N! I'M SORRY, OPEN THIS DOOR!"

"No! Stop banging on the door.." The last part  left him as a cry as if he's a little boy stuck in a silo and he can't get out. Like a child waking up from a bad nightmare where people died. Like a child who's lost.
Alice was broken. How could she do this to the person she love? She leaned and slid down, crying.
Inside the bathroom, he stopped crying and stood up, looking at his reflection. There was a cut on his cheek and he winced badly when he touched it. He started to unbutton his polo which scared him a lot. What happened to his body? It was stomped by 2 inches heels. Once he took off his polo, he noticed bruises and cuts. His hand shakily wondered his chest to a bruise below his heart and placed small pressure but it hurts badly. He silently let out a pained groan and his face scrunched. He opened the door and Alice stood up and she regretted what she's done. He looked so pained. He pushed her aside and went outside, shirtless. It was night, afterall. Y/n smoked and when he finished, he threw it. The apartment complex was large. Y/n smoked another one and looked as if he was about to cry. Alice quickly fled the scene to calm him down. She went to her brother.l
Half an hour later, Y/n was on the floor unconscious. The bruises were so bad and so were the cuts since they were really deep. Not all of them though but it was still several compared to the minor cuts.  He couldn't handle it and he just fainted. The bestfriend Yukio heard the commotion and was scared. He waited until it died down and he went to check his neighbor. 
He called 999 (It's kinda like the UK version of 911) 
"HELLO PLEASE HELP ME! MY BESTFRIEND, HE'S DOWN. HE'S BARELY BREATHING!! I TRIED WAKING HIM UP BUT HE DOESN'T!!"

"Does he have any bruise?"
"Yes! Lots of 'em! He even got cuts and some plate shards! Please, oh please hurry and call the ambulance! Please." He cried. "I-I live under his flat! No,  no one else is here just him beside his main door."

"Okay sir! We're sending an ambulance and the police right away." 

The ambulance and police arrived no more than 5 minutes later. They took him to the hospital while Yukio stayed with the police to ask questions. 
(Police officer names : James, Arthur, David)
"What happened?"
Yukio answered, shaking frantically. "I-I was reading a book then suddenly I heard slamming up my flat.. I-It was m-my bestfriend's flat and I th-thought he was only drunk. I heard screaming and plates crashing. I got scared! I think he got into an argument with his girlfriend, Alice."

The police officers nodded and went to question his girlfriend.

She admitted and opened it wasn't the first time she's abused her boyfriend. The police now had enough evidence to charge Alice for murder. 



In the court, everything is tensed and heated.Crying people and shocking secrets. 
Then, everything had to end with:

"Miss Alice Kirkland, you are charged... GUILTY for domestic violence and have  life sentence in prison with no chance of parol. Dismissed."
