We were all gathered in the Amphitheater, supposedly we would be meeting the newest goddess. The rumors that I'd been hearing around camp were that she was made a goddess mainly so she could properly fulfill the role of Queen of the gods since Percy wished to marry her. Part of me felt slightly jealous of her, whoever she is, but the logical part of me knew that I would never get Percy back so there was no point in moping about it.

There was also a part of me that knew that I was growing close to Adam Mason, a son of Eros, at the moment I just consider him a friend but who knows our relationship might not stay that way.It wasn't long before the gods arrived and with them was a blonde woman with bright blue eyes. I could only assume that she was the new goddess since she was the only one I didn't recognize on sight.

As I looked at her though I started to realize that she did look vaguely familiar but I just couldn't quite remember where I had seen her before. I tried to remember while we learned her name and what her domains, sacred animal, and symbol of power were. The love between her and Percy was obvious since they stood side by side Percy had his arm around her waist and they often glanced at each other with love clear in their eyes.

That's when a thought occurred to me, they clearly loved each other, and I knew Percy wasn't like the other gods he wasn't the type of guy to just go from one woman to another so I thought, was she Luke's mother? It made sense, after all Percy had always been loyal and now he was the god of loyalty he would never behave like the other gods do. he would most likely remain loyal to whatever woman he fell for whether she was mortal or not.

That's when I had realized where I had seen her before, it was only a few months after I'd left camp and joined Tartarus I'd been in New York trying to recruit more demigods to Tartarus' cause. I'd been walking down the street not rally paying attention to where I was going and I'd bumped into another woman who looked to be a year or two older than me.

That wasn't the first thing I'd noticed about her though, because at the time my eyes had immediately been drawn to the fact that she was definitely pregnant.I knew that at the time I'd been rather rude to her and not apologized I'd instead blamed her although it had been me who hadn't been watching where I was going. Now I realised that Amber must be Luke's mother and that it had been her that I had run into that day.

It was a bit of shock when I realised that I'd literally run into the woman who percy had fallen for after me and that at the time she'd been pregnant with Percy's child. now though it was a bit hard to believe even though I was sure it was all true, and now Luke was here at camp and until now I'd been oblivious to who Amber really was when I saw her the first time. obviously we hadn't met since that day so if we encounter each other again I don't know if Amber will recognize me or not.
