Castiel jumped as he felt two hands on both his shoulders. He quickly turned around to face his attacker. Much to his relief, it was Anna. She laughed and pushed her bright red hair hair behind her ears. "Hey Cassie!" she smiled.

Castiel sighed. "Anna, I told you I hate that nickname. Anyway, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be meeting your new roommate?" Castiel asked, an annoyed tone inching up in his throat.

Anna giggled and tilted her head. "I already did. And, uh, it looks like she's already met your roommate."

Castiel looked over Anna's head and saw what his sister was laughing about. Rory was lip locked with a lanky, red headed girl. "That's Amy, my roommate." Anna explained.

Castiel groaned. "Does this mean you'll be here with Rory and I often?"

Anna jumped up on Castiel's newly made bed. "I dunno, maybe." she shrugged.

Castiel pushed her off the bed and she landed on the carpeted floor. The couple broke apart at the sound of Anna's thud to the ground. "Oh, Rory, this is Anna, my roommate-"

"And my sister." Castiel rolled his eyes.

Rory grabbed Amy's hand.

"Amy Pond, this is Castiel Novak, my roommate. Amy and I were just about to go down to lunch! Would you two care to join us?" Rory offered.

The two Novak kids looked at each other and nodded. They followed Rory and Amy across campus to a crowded cafeteria. Castiel felt a feeling in the pit of his stomach when he saw all the people. Anna saw the look on her brother's face and patted his shoulder. "It's okay, Castiel. Were going to sit with Amy and Rory and maybe we can find Gabriel. I'm sure he's made more than a few friends by now. You won't be alone in a big crowd, I promise." Anna assured him.

Castiel nodded and tried to ignore the anxious feeling growing in his stomach. Anna followed Amy and Rory to an empty table outside in the autumn air. "This is our table when the weather is nice." Rory explained.

"Our?" Anna asked.

"Sherlock! Sherlock, wait!" A shrill shout came from the cafeteria as two boys erupted from the cafeteria out to the table they were sitting at. A tall boy with messy, black curls dashed out of the noisy cafeteria and sat down next to Rory, followed by a short, blonde, almost white haired boy, panting, sat down on the other side of the black haired boy. "Castiel, Anna, this is our friend, Sherlock Holmes. And, um..." Rory faltered at the sight of the blonde boy and squinted one eye, asking the boy for his name. "John. John Watson." He introduced himself.

"I'm Rory and this is Amy." Amy gave a small wave.

Anna suddenly yelped. Castiel turned around swiftly and caught sight of Gabriel and his new friend, Sam, laughing at Anna. Gabriel had snuck up behind her and squeezed her sides. "Gabriel! You're such a dick!" Anna yelled and hit her twin on the arm. Gabriel sat on the other side of Anna and Sam sat down next to Gabe.

Sam suddenly stood up and gave a big wave across the court yard. "Dean!" He yelled loudly.

Castiel's heart stopped for a moment. A pair of green eyes met his blue ones and he felt like the icy blue in his eyes had melted with just that one stare. A beautiful tall boy with perfect dirty blonde hair was headed in his direction. Castiel suddenly felt hot. He flushed a bright red color and looked down at his hands, begging to God that the beautiful boy wouldn't sit next to him. Sure enough, he did. Castiel looked at the boy. His pale lips moved, but Castiel had no idea what the boy had said until the boy took him by the shoulders and shook him, the touch sending a shock through his body. "Hey, man, are you okay?" the boy asked.
