You are neighbors~
It was late at night and you were steeling into bed with your iPhone in your hand you heard a bang on your window. you just let it go and continue clicking on you phone. then there is another bang, finally you get up to see what is going on. when you get to the window you look across the yard to the house next door and you see him staring at you from his window.
"Jack, are you crazy! go to bed!" you yell/whisper across the yard to Jack. He laughs and shakes his head.
"no! i cant go to bed with out asking you something!"
you were beginning to wonder what could be this important at this hour at night! you look at him and he has crawled on to the roof of his house. you did the same and began to clime out to the roof. once to got to sit you look at Jack who was staring at you with a smile on his face.
"what are you looking at weirdo?!" you yell laughing at him
"nothing..." he says a little embarrassed and shrugged.
"so what is the important thing you needed to tell me, that made me get on my beautiful roof at this hour at night?' you say with full sarcasm
"so much sarcasm you know!" he said.
you laughed because he knew who you were, you have been neighbors for your whole life, you went every where together! he was one of your best friends!
"well, ok here it goes... is a tomato a fruit or at vegetable?"
you were shocked! was he for real... you thought that he was going to say something eles. you stared at him with no smile.
"i hate you Johnson! good night!" you say beginning to get up and climb back into the window.
"wait- I'm *laugh* just kidding!" he says though laughs.
you gave him the death stare and sat back down.
"what do you really want!?" you say sternly
"um, well... i don't know how you are going to take this but... maybe you want to maybe i don't know-"
"SPIT IT OUT JOHNSON!"
"ihavelikedyourforeverandiwaswonderingifyouwantedtogoonadatewithme?" he says really fast.
"what! slow down please!"
he took a deep breath and scratched the back of his neck,
"i have liked you forever and i don't want our friendship to crash and burn but, do you want to go on a date?"
you were stunned! Jack Johnson wanted to date you! are you serious! you smiled and looked at him.
"yes, yes i would!" she say and crawling into your window leaving Jack there smiling to his self.
