When Elena wakes up form her nap, she feels a warmth body next to her and realizes that she's home with him, with Stefan her soon to be husband

Elena: (talking to self) god it feels so good to call him that (she smiles)

Damon and Bonnie walk in and see Stefan on top of Elena
