"Hey babe can we go get something to eat?" Y/N asked me.
"IHop?" I asked, knowing she would probably say no, but to my surprise she said yes and we went there.
"CAUSE WE WHERE JUST KIDS WHEN WE FELL IN LOVE, NOT KNOWING WHAT IT WAS." (First person to guess the song will be the person in the next imagine :))
We belted the lyrics to our favourite song, she has an amazing voice whereas I sound like a cat being strangled and cooked in an oven.
We arrived and went inside, asking the waiter for a table for two. He kept looking Y/N up and down, I felt my jaw clench and hands go into a fist as I got more and more angry.
"Follow me." He smirked at her, I grabbed her hand and pulled her close to me. Making her gasp, she was confused as to why I was doing it but I couldn't lose her.
We sat down and ordered, I was being more quiet than normal. I felt a warm, small hand grab mine from the other side of the table and saw a beautiful girl sitting in front of me. Y/N is amazing, I can't lose her.
"You alright babe?" She asked softly, concerned.
"Yeah I'm fine..." I whispered.
"You can talk to me you know, Tanner?"
"It's just the man who served us, he was trying to flirt with you. He was so much more attractive than me and is probably so much better than me... please don't leave me..." a tear threatened to spill out of my eyes, I looked up at her to see she had her mouth wide open. "It's stupid I know... don't worry..."
"Tanner that is anything but stupid, I feel exactly like that when prettier girls than me hit on you. I don't want you to think like that, I don't love you for the way you look, I fell in love with the way you make me feel like the only girl in the world. Now I promise I wont ever leave you for a douchbag like him, ok?" She spoke softly to me, a large smile grew on my face and a small smile stayed on hers.
"I love you..."
