CHAPTER 9

Cloud's POV

I wake up in my uniform and really..I'm not in the mood to do anything today so I put on a messy bun and pin my bangs out of the way..I look at my calendar and notice today is Saturday!! Finally!!

I dress in black denim shorts, skin color tights, my white California love shirt and my lose white jacket over, I also steal Lilly's brown combat boots

I head out and explore the campus, it really is beautiful once you notice all the details..in our courtyard, there is a fountain and there are flowers everywhere..I let out a sigh

"boo!" I scream and run behind the fountain only to be greeted by a laughing Becky

"OH MY GOD! you should have seen your face!" Becky holds her stomach..still laughing

"ha..ha..how did you find me?"

"well..I come here often to think..its quiet, I like it" I smile and Becky pulls off her black shades and takes of her denim jacket..she wears black skinny jeans and a white v-neck also wearing bark blue combat boots, she also has her brown hair in a high pony tail..

"so..heard about you and smartass.."

"chandler?"

"yea, whats his face.." I chuckle at the nickname

"you heard me screaming at him?"

"well no not really, Tori was walking to the girls restroom when she saw you and Chandler.."

"you can't tell anyone.."

"nah its cool..I'm not a gossipy type girl.."

"I've noticed.." we laugh as we sit at the fountain..

"Tori really likes you, you know that?"

"yea she is really sweet and kind, different from you" Becky chuckles..

"listen, we are having baseball try outs tomorrow..you should join its fun"

"I don't know..I've only really played soccer"

"ah..soccer girl, I'm a baseball type. Go Dodgers!!" Becky fist pumps in the air causing me to laugh..she seems scary at first but when you get to know her she is really sweet..

"hey I gotta go..baseball practice and I don't wanna show up late in front of the guys.."

"alright, well I'll see ya around"

"later clouds"

Becky leaves and I'm once again all alone sitting at the fountain..

Lilly's POV

I get out of bed and get dressed in a high waisted floral dress and my sandals, I pit on a pony tail and walk out to look for Chandler

I dial in his number and wait for him to pick up

Hello?

Chandler? where are you?

I uh- I hear shuffling noises in the background and I immediately know what

Chandler, you have a girl in your dorm don't you

what no I-

Chandler? I hear a females voice

Clouds is right, your such a jerk!

I hang up, man I really need to find Clouds a boyfriend..I want her to move on from Brady..she thinks I don't know but I hear her cry in her sleep calling Brady..she is so lost without him

after that car accident, Clouds been terrified if any of us took a car, I mean she would beg us to stay at home even though we would turn out fine she was still terrified

"Lilly!" I turn around to find Sam, Chandler's roommate, I caught up with him at the bonfire after Clouds left, me and Sam just clicked

"hey Sammy!" he laughs at the nickname

"so..what are you doing this fine afternoon" I laugh at the fifteenth year-old

"nothing much..you?"

"nothing..I was wondering if maybe you..want to..go on a..date with me?" Sam shoves his hands in his front pants pockets.

"I'd love to!"

"really?"

"yea!" I stop in front of Sam and smile

"well, I'll see you at 7"

"great!" he chuckles at my perkyness

"well I'll see you at seven" Sam leans in and kisses my cheek running back from where he came from. I blush staring at the ground..

time to find Clouds..
