Love.

Love is a crazy, almost undescribable thing. We all dream of what love looks like to us. But when it actually happens, it usually hits us like a train.

We dream of the things that happen in movies, happening to us. Like spotting someone from across the room and instantly falling in love. Like a love at fist sight thing. Don't get me wrong that does sometimes happen. But usually when we fall in love, we don't know it's happened until we've almost or have lost that person.

Love sometimes makes us crazy. We never want to part with that person, even the simplest goodbyes are too hard. That's when we easily say, "I'll see you later." We do our best not to worry. But sometimes it gets the best of us.

Love is everywhere. Even in the simple, little things. Remembering their middle name, birthday or even their favorite color. Just seeing their smile could bring a smirk to your face. Talking on the phone and being able to tell when you've made them happy. It lightens up your insides.

We take pride in the ones we love. We show them off, maybe sometimes a little too much. But we never seem to mind. We love them.

Some of us think we're in love with someone and strive to love them to our best of abilities. Just to find out we were blinded and loving someone that didn't deserve our love.

Sometimes people bend around backwards to love someone, that doesn't even actually love us. Maybe I've been heartbroken one too many times and know a lot about the topic. But I know when love is real.

It's possible to grow apart from that person you once loved and find new love in someone else. It's not a bad thing. Maybe you've loved them with everything in your body and you just simply find love in someone else. You'll always have a spot in your heart for the person you once loved. All the happiness they brought you and memories you've both shared. It's not lost cause.

Many people don't seem to understand the difference between love and lust. It's quite sad, honestly. But lust seems to keep us alive.

Love is something completely extraordinary. When we love someone, we can see them in our future. We can see ourselves growing up with them and making memories. Possibly buying a house then marrying and starting a family followed by growing old together. Or maybe we just see them their by our sides whenever their needed.

When you love someone, you trust them. You understand you can go to them if you ever need them. You know you can be open and have the ability to talk to them about anything. They're your shoulder to cry on, and you're theirs.

Love is usually taught at a young age. Meaning people are taught and raised to love differently then others. Someone out their understands you and loves like you do. You'll find them if you haven't already, and you'll love one another until the end of time.
