Life was an odd thing. It was like a highway, the end will come to what's most likely a pretty shitty back road that leads to a pretty shitty town, or a it will come to an end when it hits a giant, colorful city. For most people, they found the end to be a backroad, but Tyler sought it out to be a giant, colorful city.

Tyler dreamt big, he wanted to make music when he became of age and gained the ability to. He loved the concept of music itself. He loved how the pluck of a string or the tap of a drum could carry a bit of happiness within itself. The tune would fill his ears with a honey-lavender, leaving a light sensation at the tip of his toes, the stress would no longer pull at his very fingertips, and he could breathe clean, fresh air.

The soft pluck of his ukulele strings filled the air with that familiar honey-lavender sound that Tyler knew so dearly. A smile began to creep across the brunet's face, plastering itself in the most delicate manner. The boy's dimples began to show as he hummed a sweet tune and his fingers carefully came in contact with the stringed instrument.

Tyler didn't only dream of being a musician, the boy dreamt of an everlasting love. Tyler craved romance. He wanted someone to hold him oh-so close as they exchanged bizarre stories from their childhood. He wanted true love.

The smile remained on the small brunet's face as he allowed his eyes to wander outside his windowsill. He was waiting for someone to arrive, that someone was in-fact a dear friend. Tyler always hung out with this friend, he might have even been immensely infatuated with the person. He could never tell that person of course, because that person happened to be a boy, and his family would never approve of him being in love with a boy, so they were doomed to being friends.

Tyler stopped playing his ukulele, laying it down on the bed, and began to let his feet carry him downstairs, as well as out the front door. For, the boy had seen who he was waiting for. He had seen Joshua William Dun.

Joshua , the boy who oddly had yellow hair and light brown eyes that were as creamy as melted chocolate on a summer afternoon. The boy who had somewhat of a bad reputation, but Tyler didn't care, because Tyler was in love with this boy and nothing would change how he felt.
