"So, how was visiting your family in Japan?"

"It was a bit nerve-wrecking, considering the fact I'd never even knew they existed until late April, but nevertheless they were nice people," Josh stated, while running his hands over the rough material that made the shingles on the roof.

The two boys were laying on Tyler's roof at 2 am, gazing at the stars and taking in each other's aura that they've both deeply missed. Josh had been gone for the entire summer, 3 months, Tyler had never missed anyone more than he did now.

"I missed you," Tyler said this mindlessly, wishing he could grab onto Josh's soft, strong hands that were only inches from his, " like a lot."

"I missed you too, maybe even more."

A smirk slowly formed from ear to ear across Tyler's face, he could even feel a slight blush. He looked away to try to hide the fact the comment Josh made enticed him and had left him feeling like a little kid who had finally got that cookie they wanted all day. A feeling of warmth and serenity.

"It's sort of late, do you think I could stay the night here?" Joshua asked

"Of course, Josh," Tyler looked over at the boy and smiled slightly. He had spent the whole day with Joshua, and he was glad to spend a whole night and some of tomorrow with him as well.

"Thanks, Ty."

"Do you think we should go inside now?"

"Nah, I like looking at the stars. The whole idea of space is beautiful and leaves me utterly speechless. I mean it's almost as beautiful as," Joshua trailed off, as if he noticed he was about to say something he shouldn't.

"Almost as beautiful as what?" Tyler furrowed his eyebrows and shot a puzzled look at the nervous boy.

"Idk. It's just beautiful. How about 15 more minutes and we can go in?" Joshua looked at Tyler, waiting for his response.

"Yeah, that sounds like a nice idea."

Joshua looked back up at the sky, admiring every single star that lay in the vast, deep blue galaxy above him.

"Aliens?" Joshua whispered.

"What?" Tyler asked.

"Do you believe in Aliens?" Joshua turned to look at Tyler, hoping to see his answer through his facial expression.

Tyler didn't really think on the idea of Aliens, but that must of meant he didn't really believe they were real. If they were, wouldn't they have done something by now? He turned to Joshua, feeling his stare.

"I have in fact never sat and thought about it, but I guess I don't believe in Aliens," Tyler stated this in an overly-cocky manner.

"Oh but that's where you're wrong, Joseph. Aliens are real. There is in no way that our universe is so amazingly large and has only one source of human life. That's like saying since you can't see any strawberry suckers, that there are no such thing as strawberry suckers, but is that true? No. So just think about it, Aliens must be real," Joshua said this, staring deeply at the night sky above him, a wide smile spreading across his face at how well he thought he proved his point.
