Avengers

Tony sits on his computer, staring intently at the screen as new information just seems to pop up out of nowhere. Suddenly, the lights start to blink around him with the computer screens going nuts. Tony hits the monitor in anger as everything seems to....shut down.

"Mr. Stark." Crowley smiles from across the room, tipping his glass of whiskey towards him.

"Who the hell are you?" Tony demands.

"The names Crowley, King Of Hell," Crowley replies.

"King of hell?" Tony scoffs. "Yeah, and I'm Captain America."

"Enough with the jokes please." Crowley holds his hand in the air. "I've come to notify you of the prophecy. I know you know what I am talking about."

"How....how do you know about that?" Tony stutters while slowly taking off his glasses.

"I told you, King Of Hell." Crowley rolls his eyes.

"Okay? So what do I have to do with this?" Tony questions.

"It's not just you, the Avengers as a whole." Crowley shakes his head. "You were just the only one in the room."

"I feel honored." Tony sarcastically mutters while turning back to his computers.

"There are people who can help you," Crowley states after glaring at the billionaire. "They are brothers....and an angel but that is not something you need to know now."

"Why would we need their help? I'm pretty sure we're capable of handling this." Tony smartly replies.

"Like you handled the god, Loki?" Crowley tilts his head to the side. "Thought so, call this number."

"Why?" Tony demands.

"Just call it, they'll be waiting." Crowley crosses his arms. "And I'd do it soon before Lucifer comes after you first."

"Lucifer? As in Satan Lucifer?"

"Would there be any other?"

Later

"So a random dude came to you and said he was the king of hell?" Clint questions. "And you're just going to go along with it?"

"Of course, what else do we have to lose?" Tony sarcastically replies. "I mean, if these people are real, they could help us defeat whatever's going on."

"So, these guys know what's going on?" Steve demands.

"More than we do."

"Fine, give them a call."

"Oh, there's also an angel."

"A what?"

"An angel."

"Of course there is."

Emerson/Alice
Cafe

"So, you're the daughter of Tony Stark?" Emerson questions.

"Yes." Alice nods. "And you're Emerson! I can't believe it, I used to watch your show all the time."

"I'm not that great." Emerson shakes her head. "Pretty sure the Winchesters are the main guys."

"Yeah, but the girls are pretty great too." Alice chuckles as the door to the small cafe opens with three people walking through. Two were holding hands, with one girl walking behind them. The man gestures to a table right next to Alice and Emerson's and tells the lone girl to go there herself.

Both Emerson and Alice watch the girl sigh and pull off her sweatshirt hood before walking over to the table, her eyes scanning over everything. The girls didn't know why. Whoever this woman was, she was jumpy; as if anything could hurt her or scare her.

"Hi, um...are you alright?" Alice questions while placing her hand on the table.

"Huh? Oh, yeah." The woman, obviously, lies. "I'm fine."

"Hon, that's not going to fool anyone." Emerson shakes her head. "Are you okay?"

"I....I don't know." The woman finally admits. "I...apparently my name is Lucy Hartwhit and...I have a brother who's married but I don't remember him. That's not my brother."

"Are you sure?" Alice questions.

"I'm positive." Lucy sighs, her eyes watching the two people at the counter. "They said I was in an accident and that's the reason I can't remember anything but I should've remembered things before the accident. I don't."

"Well, maybe-"

"I also went online, looking through police records, FBI, hell even SHIELD ones and there was nothing. No record of me in a hospital, no record of me in an accident. According to the internet, I don't exist and neither do those two." Lucy interrupts while swallowing the lump in her throat, the nerves growing.

"What are we supposed to do?" Emerson mouths across the table to Alice, who just shrugs in response.

"Have you tried to get away?" Alice demands.

"They only lock the bedroom door." Lucy shakes her head. "I don't have windows."

"So, you're a prisoner?" Emerson raises her eyebrows.

"Seems like it," Lucy whispers.

"Come with us." Alice orders, ignoring the look from Emerson.

"What?" Lucy demands.

"I have an apartment a few blocks from here, I go there to get away from the craziness that is my life." Alice chuckles to herself. "We'll go there and try to figure things out. Sound good?"

"Yes, please." Lucy sighs in relief.

"We'll have to distract them," Emerson mutters. "I'll do it, you get her out of here."

"Aye aye," Alice smirks before turning to Lucy. "Shall we?"

"Please."
