"Saman!! Saman!! Wait! "
Saman started to walk more faster.
Suddenly Salahuddin came running and aggressively stopped her. He was about to give Saman quite a lecture.
But he saw that her eyes were teary and maybe she was remembering her mother.
All the temper came down. Salahuddin felt to comfort her. But he knew she wasn't an ordinary girl. She was Saman.
"Saman? What happened? Tell me!"
"Please leave my way. I don't want to talk to you rather anyone here. Please just leave me alone!!"
"No I am not gonna leave you like this! Tell me what happened"
"Can't you understand? Just leave me alone!!"
Tears came down her cheeks. Salahuddin looked quite worried.
"Ok. I think we should sit and talk. And dare you to fall that ugly tinkles off your eyes"
Saman and Salahuddin went and sat in the canteen. Salahuddin gave Saman his bottle of water. As Saman was drinking it Salahuddin thought what happened to break this strong girl.
"I...I...am Sorr.... I am Sorry! Saman"
"For what?", She wiped off her tears.
"I shouldn't have talked to you in that manner that day".
"Like I was very humble to you?"
"Saman can we be friends?"
"No.. I won't prefer to befriend a boy"
"But Saman......I"
"I said you. We were just project partners and it's over. So it will be better that we part our ways."
"Ok you think so. I don't. I consider you my friend you accept it or not"
"I don't care. "
Saman went home angrily. She had never done such a conversation in her life.
Salahuddin thought what had made Saman like this. Hard as a stone and harsh as storm.
The following days went very tough for Salahuddin. He wanted to know why was Saman soo very disturbed these days.
She lacked concentration in class. She even forgot many of the assignments which she never used to. Her face showed clear signs of instability. She wasn't the same accurate Saman which she used to be.
She had build a wall around her.
She didn't participated in class activities nor did she talked aboit discussions in the class which she was normally crazy about.
Salahuddin too remained disturbed because of Saman worsen condition.
