Chapter 19

-Danielle's Flashback-

-A couple of minutes ago-

[Danielle has her head down on a student's chair and Christy closes the door and is looking through the small window]

Christy: There is no one around.

[Christy looks at Danielle and walks to her and pats her head. Christy looks through Danielle's hair and sees the two scratches on Danielle's neck and she slowly moves away]

Christy: Oh no! No! No!

[Danielle wakes up and looks at Christy]

Danielle: What is it, Christy?

Christy: You!!!

[Christy points at Danielle]

Christy: You have a scratch on your neck.

Danielle: What?

[Danielle stands from her chair and Christy slowly walks to the door]

Christy: Stay back!

[Danielle touches the back of her neck and she feels the scratches]

Danielle: Wait...no!

[Christy doesn't hear her and opens the door. She leaves the classroom]

Danielle: Christy...no!

[Danielle runs to the door and leaves the art room and runs after Christy]

Danielle: Christy!

[Christy is being held by an unidentified staff member by her neck. Danielle sees this and without thinking twice, she gives the staff member a tackle and the staff member lets go of Christy and it falls to the ground]

Christy: Aah!

[Danielle tries to help Christy up, but she refuses her help and stands up on her own]

Christy: I don't need your help, you are one of them.

[Danielle looks at Christy]

Danielle: No, I'm not. I have a pet-peeved that when I get...

[The staff member gets close to Danielle and holds her left leg]

Danielle: Oh, no...

[The staff member bites Danielle's ankle]

Danielle: Aah!!!

[Christy sees this and looks around, but she sees the dead zombie that Mr. S had killed before, it still had the stake stuck to its shoulder]

Christy: That'll help.

[Danielle kicks the staff member in the head and it lets go of her. She tries walking away, but the staff member holds her leg again]

Danielle: Dang it!

[Christy goes to the zombie and grabs the stake. She pulls it out of the zombie]

Christy: Here...

[Christy throws the stake to Danielle. She grabs it and rapidly she turns to the staff member and with all her might she stabs the staff member in the head and it becomes motionless]

Danielle: Take that...

[Danielle slowly falls to the ground in a sitting position. Christy kneels beside her]

Christy: (sobbing) I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have left.

Danielle: (smiles faintly) it's okay.

Christy: Let me get Mr. S.

[Christy tries to stand up, but Danielle holds her hand]

Danielle: (faintly) no...

[Danielle slowly closes her eyes and her head drops down]

Christy: (crying) I'm so sorry.

[Suddenly a zombie appears and Christy notices it and she stands up and runs away]

Christy: no...

[Danielle starts twitching her arms and she opens her eyes and they are pearl white eyes. Her skin have become pale and she stands up and starts walking to Mr. R's classroom]
