Chapter 23

~PRESENT TIME~
~MR. R's Classroom~

[A loud Thud is heard from the door. The door opens drastically and you see Mr. S breathing hard and he has a bloodied hatchet in his head as he yells]

Mr. S: We need to go...NOW!!!

[Everyone looks at Mr. S. Kairy and Julie rapidly go to Mr. S's direction]

Julie: What happened?

Kairy: Why do you have Mr. R's hatchet?

[Mr. S looks at the hatchet and has a gloomy face]

Mr. S: He didn't make it.

[Adam gets near Mr. S and he's furious]

Adam: I should've gone with you.

[Banks, Nelly, Mark and Ed all have their weapons and head to Mr. S's direction]

Mr. S: There's not a lot of time, the gas line is open already.

Adam: How's the cafeteria?

Mr. S: Full of those things. So we can't leave that way.

Julie: So we're leaving through the Gym, then. That's where May and Rictor went.

Mr. S: That's the only way out of here.

[Adam steps outside the classroom and looks around]

Adam: The coast is clear. We need to go.

[Mr. S looks at Kairy and Julie]

Mr. S: Prepare for everything, okay?

Kairy: Okay.

Julie: Oh, we're ready.

[Julie holds the crowbar with her hands]

Julie: Let's get out of here.

Adam: I'll lead the way.

Mr. S: Just go straight to the Gym, okay?

Adam: Of course.

[Adam starts running, followed by Ed and Nelly. Kairy looks at Mr. S and he smiles at her and points to the direction the rest are running to]

Mr. S: Go!

Kairy: You better be behind us.

Mr. S: I will.

Julie: He will.

[Julie grabs Kairy by her hand and pulls on her and they both run]
