I walked downstairs and over to Tessa who was stand by Ivan and Emilio. "Ella se ve tan linda" Emilio says to Ivan (She looks cute) but before he could respond I did. "Gracias, te ves linda también" I say. (Thanks, you look cute, too.) Their mouths drop as with Tessa's. "You knew what they were saying the whole time." Tessa asks. "Yeah I didn't take 4 years of Spanish for nothing." I replied. "Good job, Emilio." Ivan says to his twin who still looks dumb-struck. "I didn't know." Emilio responds. I laugh and walk away with Tessa, smiling. "Bruh, your a savage." Tessa says once we're on the other the other side of the room. "True, true but did you know what he said?" I said excitedly. "No, what was it?" She asks. "He said I looked cute." I answer. "Well you do, what's so big about that?" Tessa says, for being my best friend, she can be a little slow sometimes. "Well, he said it in Spanish, thinking I didn't understand, plus last night I overheard them talking in Spanish and Emilio said he liked me." I reply, shrieking once I'm done. Tessa shrieked with me. "Yo, I ship it, you guys are now my OTP." Tessa announced. Emilio p.o.v When Tegan spoke in Spanish I was done. She was absolutely perfect. I looked at Ivan. "Wait, she was in the kitchen when we were talking last night right." I said. "Yeah, so?" He said. "Well, she can speak Spanish which means she heard everything we said and understood it." I whispered. His mouth dropped. "She knows." I hope she feels the same, because tomorrow I'm asking her on a date.
