Chapter 10

Emilio p.o.v
I woke up the next day and saw Tegan laying with me. I tried to take a deep breath in but couldn't, it hurt. Tegan woke up and looked at me, I tried to breath in deep again, I failed again. Tears welded in her eyes and I pulled her close. She breathed in deep and stood up to get dressed, but stopped and turned around. I tried to get up but got light headed and had to sit back down. She started to cry.
Tegan p.o.v
I saw Emilio try to breath in deep but failed. Why did I let him do that? I thought to myself as I started to cry. I stood up and turned to help Emilio do the same. He tried to stand up but had to sit back down. He was hurt and it hurt me. Tears fell form my face. He needed to go to the hospital. I ran downstairs and told Ivan to help Emilio get dressed and I went to get dressed so we could take him to the hospital. I wore a large white sweater, jean pants, and Adidas.

When Emilio walked out Ivan was helping him.
"We're taking him to the hospital." I said, grabbing my keys. When Nick came out he saw we were leaving and I told him where. He wanted to come with. All four of us set out with me driving and Nick in the front, and the twins were in the back. Every once in a while I would look in the rearview mirror and look at Emilio. We arrived at the hospital and sat in the doctors office waiting for atleast an hour. The doctor walked in and talked to Emilio about what's wrong. They talked and then the doctor led him into an x-ray room. I had to use the bathroom so I walked out and when I came back in Nick stood up to talk to me.
"His x-Ray results came back." He said.
"We're they negative or positive." I said.
"The doctor said he was lucky and that he just badly tore a muscle, he should be fine in 3 days." Ivan explained standing up. I hugged him.
"Oh my god, thank goodness. Where is he?" I asked.
"Uh, I think he's in the bathroom." Nick said. I nodded and started to pace back and forth. Emilio walked in about 5 minutes later and I hugged him tenderly.
"I wouldn't have been able to live with myself if you had broken something." I mumbled into his chest. We walk out to my car and I get into the driver's seat, Emilio sits in the passenger seat, with Nick and Ivan in the backseat. We talked the whole way home. Once we got home I went to help Emilio get out of the car but he stood up and walked in by himself leaving me and Ivan in shock. He looked back at us and laughed.
"I'm feeling fine all of the sudden." Emilio said. We walk in and I jump onto the couch next to Tessa who was watching Netflix.
"Let's go swimming." I said to her. She looked at me.
"I'm down."- We walk upstairs and get in our bathing suits. I wear a light pink halter top bikini with a stitch pattern in the middle and light pink bottoms.

I run downstairs and see Tessa in an all black one piece.
"Damn girl, looking fine." She says.
"I can say the same about you." I reply. We laugh and jump into the pool together. Jake, Emilio, Ivan, Tristan, and Erika ended up joining us. Erika ended up getting out early to go to a meeting and Tessa and I got out and started tanning. Or we tried to tan. Emilio and Ivan picked me up and threw me in the pool while Jake and Tristan threw Tessa into the pool. I got out and pushed Emilio in and Tessa pushed Tristan in while Ivan and Jake laughed. Tessa and I pushed them in also then we laughed.
"Haha, take that!" I shrieked at them.
"I call war." Jake screams.
"What kind of war?" Tessa asks.
"A Nerf war!" Jake announces.
"Wait, it's 2 to 4 though." I said.
"Eh, you guys are savages you can try. But here are the rules. If you get shot, your out, Tegan your the hostage, but you have a gun. If you are captured and taken to your room, we win. If you or Tessa shoot the person trying to capture you you can be free again. If we win then, you have to be our maids for the day, maid outfits included." Jake explains.
"Okay, and if we you have to wear tuxes and be our butlers." I announce.
"Alright get your find and I will count down to start once everyone is prepared." Jake concludes.
