Chapter 7

Tegan p.o.v
I woke up the next morning and got dressed in a cropped sweater, black jeans, and white sneakers.

I walked downstairs and saw only saw Jake and the Martinez twins
"Where is everyone?" I asked him.
"They're all out and I'm going out with Ivan in a little bit, do you wanna come?" He replied.
"Nah, I'll probably just stay back, I'm feeling lazy." I said.
"Okay, but you won't be home alone, Emilio isn't coming either." Jake said, I could see the smirk on his face. I couldn't help but smiling as I walked away and upstairs to my room. About 10 minutes later I heard Jake scream to me he was leaving, I walked downstairs and saw Emilio still asleep. Perfect for a prank. I grabbed an air horn from my room and some whipped cream. I put the whipped cream in my hand and walked over to Emilio's bunk bed. Luckily he sleeps in the bottom because I am too short to reach the top very well. I honk the air horn causing Emilio to jump up and then I splatter the whipped cream into his face.
"TEGAN IM GONNA GET YOU BACK!" He screamed as he grabbed a towel and wiped off the whipped cream.
"Your funny, no one pranks the prank master." I replied to his announcement.
"I wouldn't make bets you won't win." Emilio said. I laughed and looked at him. That's when I realized I had left the thing of whipped cream over by his bed. Emilio followed my eyes and when he saw the can he looked at me with a devilish smile. I tried to run away but he grabbed my waist and covered me in whipped cream. I licked it off my fingers and laughed.
"Ooh, I have an idea." I squealed.
"What is it?" Emilio asked me. I didn't respond I just grabbed three cans of whipped cream and ran to the backyard trampoline, Emilio followed behind.
"Wait it would be better to change into bathing suits." I said running upstairs to change. I got into a maroon halter to bikini with lace on it.

I quickly run downstairs and see Emilio in his bathing suit looking stunned as I run to the trampoline in my bikini. He gets on with me and I toss him a can of whipped cream and I have two in my hands. We squirt them at each other while eating the third one. I slipped on the whipped cream and knocked into Emilio causing him to slip. We were both sitting on the trampoline laughing when I looked up at him. We looked into each others eyes, I leaned forward, as with Emilio. Sparks. That's all I felt as our lips clashed together. We pulled apart and right in time as Jake screamed,
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY TRAMPOLINE??!?" Emilio and I looked at him and laughed until our stomachs hurt. Once we gathered our wits, I looked over at an annoyed Jake.
"We had a whipped cream war." I said smiling, trying to pull the cute little sister card.
"Your cleaning all this up." He sternly said. I looked at Emilio.
"Ugh, fine." We got up and cleaned off the trampoline, then we both took showers and got changed. I was wearing a shirt that said "STAY WEIRD", jean shorts, and a flannel around my waist.

When I ran down I was asked a question that gave me butterflies in my stomach, the good butterflies.
