Harriet's pov.
Alpha releases me form the embrace, but I can still feel his weight next to me.

"So, what happened while I was gone, or was I gone, and for how long." I say confused.

"You've been in a coma for the last two weeks, the doctors said that you most likely weren't going to wake up." He said.

"Oh. So what's happened."

"I found him." I can hear him smiling. I smile, knowing who he was taking about.

"And?"

"And he's human, not to mention a striper, and in high school still, but he's eighteen and was kicked out for being gay. I talked to him, but I didn't tell him, and I said I had an extra room if he needed it but he said he was okay.

"Okay hold on back the boat up, tell me the full story."

"Fine."

Alpha Carters pov.
"Okay so two weeks ago, the night that I found out my next in line might die, I wanted to forget, and well I wasn't sure if we could get drunk so I tested it. Well at first I was just at first street bar and grill, but well after I got drunk I ran into some interesting interesting characters, humans of course, well we got to drinking and they decided that they wanted to see all of the other bars in town so I took I took them to some of the bars and well it turned out at these boys were gay and asked if their was a gay bar in town, and of course my mind automatically  went to my mate. Well I took them there not expecting to actually see him there, and by this time the alcohol was starting to wear of so I was barely buzzed.  And then I smelt it, some one was hurting my mate, so I ran over to where it was coming from, to see some dude manhandling one of the stripers, the hottest one in my opinion. Well I went sort of wolf mode and ripped that guy off of him. And well it turns out it was one if the guys that I brought here. I told him to lay of and he pushed me and grabbed the others and took of. He was trying to compose himself, but well he was almost raped so I grabbed his hand lightly and walked him to the bathroom. He was kind of crying and it hurt, seeing him trying to be strong. I told him it was okay to cry and he just sort of collapsed and started to full out sob. And he started mumbling about how he was kicked out and didn't have a place to stay, and that he hated this place but It was keeping him alive, I just sort of let him cry it out, and once he was done I offered him a place to stay but we did just meet, and I was going to insist that he at least let me drive him to were he was staying but he said that if he wanted to eat he had to go back on, he wouldn't allow me to pay him since I did just lose him a lot of money by talking him from his job. Of course I wasn't having that so when he went back on I dropped a twenty on his stage, along with my number and name in case he needed help. And well that was that for that night, but a few days latter I got a phone call at three in the morning, I automatically thought it was Sam saying you were up but it wasn't the hospitals number so I was carful hit I picked up. He was sobbing, I could hardly understand him but I got 'I need to get out of here' and 'will you pick me up' and the worst 'I don't know where I am'. I looked all over town with him on the phone until I found him looking tattered and bruised. I sprinted to him and hugged him. He kept apologizing and eventually fell a sleep. I took him to the pack house and let him sleep he freaked out at first but once he saw me he was alright. He's been staying nights once he gets off of work, it's been quite interesting." Harriet smiles, God it's weird to see her with these milky blue eyes, so different from her wolf eyes and her regular eyes.

"So dose this mean I get to meet him."  She says excited.

"Yes, but it also means that you are going to be alpha."

"But Carter, I'm blind."

"You still have you hearing an smell don't you?"
