LARISSA's POV:

"This shower is so massive.." I stood there while trying to figure out the mechanics of how this shower works. I turn one leaver and all the shower heads turn on. Magic!

The warm water runs down my body as it soothes all my cuts and scrapes. My body starts to relax.

I hop out of the shower and grab and warm towel, I feel a lot better, forgetting the recent series of events. I dress myself in a new long black top I stole from the alphas, since I don't know where the heck mine went, and put on some long fluffy socks and a beanie. I need to find some girl clothes.

After getting changed I walk out into the bedroom, taking a deep breathe and looking around. Should I leave? What if this dude is keeping me in this room? What if the other pack members don't know I'm in here? They'll kill me! But I need to leave...

Now which door to go through? The single door infront of the bed or the big double door, I shake my head black and fourth contemplating.

What the heck I'll just go through the big doors.

CARTER POV

"You're our alpha, you can't just not be around." Dale states and he walked back and fourth.
"Forget it." I say in a monotone, sitting in my leather chair in my office, with my feet up in the desk and my head resting on my hand, and an emotion that obviously states I'm not interested in this conversation.
"Dude come on!" Dale shouts. I raise my eyebrows and look up at him, shrugging my shoulders.
"At least tell me why you've been so vacant these few days. Is something wrong?"
"No. Im busy now leave." Pointing at the door. But Dale decides to walk closer to my desk. My wolf starts to growl and so do I.
"Dale."
"Carter."
"Leave."
"Why?"
"NOW!" A deep loud growl comes out within, he really pissed me off. My eyes glowing red, Nate stands back in fear. My eyes quickly dart back behind him as his eyes follow.

Larissa.

"Nate, Who's that?"
"Dale get out now before I fucking kill you!" I yell as Dale quickly leaves the room in fear. My wolf growling making me angry.

My eyes quickly dart back to Larissa. She look scared. My red eyes soon dilate back to my normal blue eyes. I walk towards her and stop I front of her.
"Sorry.." I say as I bow my head down, but she stays quiet. Like she's scared to move. I decide to walk back to my desk and sit down. I look back at her with softer eyes.
"Can you please come sit?" She looks up to me, then to the chair and slowly and gracefully moves towards the chair to sit. I can still feel her being anxious and scared.

LARISSA'S POV:

"So..um." He says, sitting up in his chair, fixing his dirty blonde hair, he looked choked up.
"I'm Carter by the way." He blurts out. My eyes connect with his.
Carter. That's a nice name.
"Larissa" I say, a small smile appears on his face, which makes me smile. I got caught off guard so I look back down.
"Beautiful."
"What?" I say snapping my head up.
"I-uh-... beautiful name" he says.
"Thanks" I reply back. We sit there in silence for a few minutes, anxious on who's going to say something next.
"So tel me about yourself." Carter speaks up, putting his elbows on his dark and his hands on his chin, with a stirn look towards me.
"Well um-" I start off, looking around the room to ease the daggering alphas eyes.
"I ran away from my pack"
"Why?"
"Well... I um.."
Why?" He demands louder.
"I haven't shifted." I say in fear. I freeze. My eyes dart back to him.
"You.... haven't shifted?" He copies me, with a raised eyebrow.
"I've never shifted into my wolf form." I say again. Looking for any reaction, emotion, anything at all in his face. But he just stayed still.

"Follow me." He says as he stands up and starts walking.
"Where are w-" he grabs my hand and drags me along.
SHIT!
He leads me through a house, I'm guessing the packs house. It was huge! Unlike my old packs house. Everything was in marble, it was a 4 story mansion, with a huge kitchen, elevators, anything you could think of is here. Everyone gets their own rooms. The highest members in the pack stay in this house.
