Four months.

That's how long Dean has been substituting at Castiel's school all the while using the excuse that he's just there to wait out Meg and kill her.

Castiel knows Dean probably has some easier way of tracking down Meg, and that it's apparent that she won't be coming back to the school any time soon but nevertheless he keeps his mouth shut.

Castiel's life now revolves around Dean. Whether they are inside or outside of school they are usually together. A majority of their time is spent in Castiel's room, or somewhere exotic that Dean zaps them to. They whisper stories of their life, give small kisses, and just look into each others eyes.

Dean won't admit how much he cares for Castiel. He won't let anyone question why he has hellhounds guard Castiel's house, or where he leaves to everyday when he goes to see the human. Dean knows it's bothering Sam, so he's not surprised when Sam confronts him.

"Dean I want the truth." Sam says while crossing his arms.

"This is a little extreme, don't you think?" Dean says, annoyance clear in his voice as he pointedly looks at the demon trap his brother put him in.

"No. You've been sneaking off and keeping secrets. What's going on with you?" Sam ask and Dean just shrugs.

"I took up yoga." Dean says with a smirk.

"That's not funny."

"Look, whatever. Just let me out of here." Dean says with a frown while watching the clock.

He likes to go lie in bed with Castiel a few hours before he has to get up. Castiel always curls up on Dean's chest, and cuddles him.

"Why, where do you have to be? Why are you sneaking off around this time every morning?" Sam asks, his anger coming out.

"Mind your own business Sam!" Dean barks out causing Sam to narrow his eyes.

"I didn't want to have to do this Dean, I thought we could be mature about this." Sam starts as he pulls a bowl out from behind him.

"Oh come on!" Dean groans out.

Sam effortlessly cuts his hand and bleeds into the bowl, he glares at his older brother as he says the spell. Dean glares back.

"Sam, if you do this I will break your nose." Dean grits out.

"Tell me the truth. Where have you been going?"

"To see a human." Dean seethes out, his hands visually shaking with anger.

Sam looks surprised to say in the least. "Why?"

"Mind your own business!" Dean manages to bark out before he answers the question without his own accord. "Because I like spending time with him. Hell, I love it." His knuckles are now turning white.

"You... Like- spending time with a human?" Sam says, looking like he doesn't know what to make of the situation.

"Yes Sam. Now let.me.out."

"Who is this human?" Sam asks, completely ignoring Dean.

"His name is Castiel." Dean hisses with anger.

"And you go and what? Have sex with him or something?"

"We just hang out. You know Sammy, talk." Dean crosses his arms in anger as Sam knits his eyebrows together.

"I don't understand." Sam finally sighs out and flops down in a chair. "When did this all start? How did it get here? Tell me everything."

Dean licks his lips with anger because he doesn't want to tell Sam anything. He doesn't want Sam to know just how much he enjoys Castiel's company, how Dean is starting to rely on the boy to always be there, and how Dean is feeling things. Things that demon's shouldn't feel. Castiel is Dean's, and Dean doesn't want to share him with anyone.
