Status-Together
*Crack The loud sound went through the house. It startled the darker boy, as he pulled his feet up on the couch. He tried to ignore the sound and focused on editing his video. He wished he stayed home instead of coming to the Sidemen House.
On the upstairs of the house slept a blond Aussie in the guest room. He was visiting from Australia and was staying a couple weeks. His excuse was just to visit, in reality he was visiting his boyfriend.
The loud noise startled him awake. He rubbed his eyes looking at his surroundings. It was pitch dark in his room, that confused him as it was only about 7:00. He flipped the light switch, but it remained dark. Lachlan felt along the wall until he reached his door. When he managed to make it out the door and to the steps, he prayed he wouldn't trip down the steps.
He safely made it to the bottom step, without a hazard. He moved his arms around feeling around for anything in the darkness. He saw a faint light coming from the couch and walked towards it. He was right behind the source and finally saw what it was.
It was Tobi sat curled up on the couch holding his phone as if it was a lifeline. Lachlan jumped over the couch, in hindsight he should have rethought that. As he scared Tobi even more at the sudden movement.
"Hey Tobi, it's okay" Lachlan murmured, pulling the boy to his chest and wrapping his arms around him. Tobi grabbed onto his shirt and buried his head into it.
Lachlan unsure of what to do called Josh. I mean Josh was his best friend of 12 years, he should know what to do. Josh appeared seconds later with two candles in each hand. He placed them on the kitchen Island and ran to get more.
Lachlan watched as he scampered back and force with more candles each time. He finally realized what he was doing and started to get up to help. But as he got up his shirt was being pulled back down by the boy on the couch.
"I'm just going to get you more light. Okay?"
Tobi nodded his head, releasing his shirt from his grasp. Lachlan felt bad that he forgot about Tobi's fear. His heart dropped every time he looked over at the him and saw him crying. He would do anything for the storm to stop, and his darker lover to feel better. ~~~ Lachlan pulled Tobi into the small fort on the ground. The tent was littered with purple fairy lights and pillows on the floor. Tobi has stopped crying a while ago, but he still had tears dripping down his face. Lachlan pulled the shorter male to his chest and pressed play on his laptop.
The large storm has withered down to a hard rainfall. Tobi had his head rested on Lachlans arm while his hand intertwined with Lachlans free hand. Tobi fell asleep soon after the movie was started, the storm quickly forgotten. Lachlan soon following Tobi and dosed off listening to the rain.
I know this ones shitty. But thought it was still worth reading.
