Who else hates it when a crush drives you crazy yet doesn't consume your entire existence? No one? Okay then.
But when a crush is in this translational stage it is utterly over barring. The fact that you can like someone so much that you imagine yourself and them being the leads in every romantic situation you happen upon in TV shows and movies, yet they don't overwhelm your thoughts is utter torture to the part of the mind that deals with these crushes. You either want to be head over heels for them, or like them the same way you like celebrity crushes. I am just so clueless on how to handle these situations without making a fool of myself.
