hoseok's pov

"i love you, jung hoseok." she spoke. "i love you too, soori." i smiled. then we closed the gap between us. i savoured every moment of the kiss.

---

"yah!" she slapped me across the face, crying. i looked at her in disbelief. "i can't believe you did that to me." her voice croaked. i scoffed. "what did i do, huh?" i asked, in between gritted teeth.

"i-i can't believe you k-kissed her in front of me.." she sobbed. i rolled my eyes, walking towards her. each steps i took, she backed away. until her back hit the wall.

then i grabbed her by her collar, and kissed her roughly. after a while, i broke the kiss, resting my forehead on her's.

"i promise you, soori. it wasn't me who initiated the kiss. i tried pushing her away. but she held onto me. i promise. and i'm sorry." i spoke, looking into her red puffy eyes.

she looked up at me, wiping her tears away. "r-really?" she asked in between sobs. i broke into a small smile. "yes."

---

"you fucking promised me hoseok! why did you do it again?!" she shouted, throwing cups across the kitchen. i gulped. how did she find out again?

i looked away from her. "how did you find out?" i asked under my breath. she let out a laugh, walking towards me. then she lifted my chin up, looking at her in the eyes.

"it wasn't the first time i saw this, hoseok. it was the fifth time. you said she initiated the kiss. but it looked more like you did, jung hoseok." she spat in my face, walking out of the door.

---

i screamed, and started throwing everything around. she sat a corner, trembling in fear.

"h-hoseok! stop it!" she shouted. i stopped my actions immediately. i glared at her. "i promised you that i would break up with her. and i did. but you went around, cheating on me. why?!" i raised my voice.

then she got up, and cupped my cheeks, kissing me. even though i loved kissing her. i finally understood the pain of being cheated on.

i harshly pushed her away, giving her a death glare. "you have no rights to kiss me." i said coldly. "please, hoseok.. i was drunk. he means nothing to me. i swear." she pleaded.

i scoffed. "no, soori. i know what you're like. i know what we're like in this relationship. you don't have to try covering up." she was speechless. but i knew i was right.

---

"i-i.. thought you love me.." she cried.

"well. you thought, soori."

she got up and hugged me tightly, only for me to push her away. she cried even harder. "why are you doing this to me.."

"why aren't you letting me go? i have to leave." i said in a cold voice.

"i don't get why you have to leave.." she mumbled. "soori. this relationship. it's just wrong." she looked at me with red teary eyes. "and why is that so?"

"because i don't love you."

"is that why you're leaving me?" she asked, getting up, walking towards me.

i grabbed the lamp closest to me, throwing it in front of me. just so she won't come any more nearer to me.

then i grabbed books that were lining up neatly on the book shelf, and threw it around. i'd do anything just so she won't get closer to me.
