The dust from the crash residue swept on the bare streets, carrying pieces of crushed paper and left behind belongings. Potato meteorites let their mark on beeping cars, homes, and the wedding store.

"Are we dead?" I coughed out dust. Jimin flipped over off of me and coughed.

"No."

I took a moment to stare at the baby blue clear sky and sat up. Everything was in tatters. I looked to the side and gasped. "Jimin! Are you okay?" He held onto his bleeding arm. Thankfully the potato landed next to us, but it crashed into a store window and blew a glass shard at his arm.

"My beautiful arm." Jimin sobbed. "You owe me for this!"

"Umma!" My heart beat quickly.

"Wait!" Jimin held my arm back. "Let's go together..."

We slowly entered, being careful of the destruction around us. A long pipe crash down besides us, startling me. The whole city was destroyed.

"Umma!" I screamed. A few workers were unconscious on the floor, but I couldn't find her. "Oh no..." I felt the panic rise.

"Mrs. Lee!" Jimin helped me out.

"YAH! MINA!" A voice yelled outside.

"That's mom!" I beamed and Jimin and ran out. "UMMA!"

"MINA!" Mom grabbed me in a hug. "Where were you two! I got out of the store looking for you then these hot potatoes came raining down on us! Thankfully they didn't hurt anyone around me. Apparently they're actually really soft!" She took out a piece from the giant potato from her pocket.

"Throw that out!" I yelled with disgust.

"MEEEEEHHH!" A loud noise startled us.

"Omo!" Mom screamed as  a hand popped out of the potato meteorite next to us.

"AHHHHH!" Jimin screamed, and the both of the hid behind me.

"What...what are you!" I screamed. What kind of alien was this! The person tossed the potato scraps out of his body and face, clearing the view of himself. Wait, Aya, that's V?!

Not in this story. I didn't know his character. He could be an alien from some weird potato planet for all I knew.

"Stay back!" I glanced at his attire.

"He's an alien! Yah! He's an alien!" Jimin kept tapping my arm. "Let's run."

"Who am I..."

"AHHHH! HE SPEAKS KOREAN!" We gasped.

"He's quite handsome for an alien..." Mom pointed out.

"That's true." My inner fan girl nodded. "Wait! ANIYA! MOM HE'S AN ALIEN!"

He walked closer to us as we took a step back in unity. "Where am I...who am I? Who are you?!"

"Oh my god!" Jisung's mom gasped over the phone. "Yeobo are you okay? How was it at work? Okay! Thank god you're fine, come home safe!"

The newscast updated the potato strike:

Those meteorites like potatoes have stopped raining down for now, however, the mother of all potatoes is now hovering in the middle of the stratosphere. Thankfully, the citizens of Seoul are saved for now until NASO team figures this out. Also, beware of the mole men! I'm not crazy! There are aliens that came with--

"SCHOOL!" Jisung's mom yelled at the twins.

"It got canceled, mom. Because of the Meteorites." Jisung calmly reminded.
