I got a call from Mom tonight.
Third one this week. Apparently, she's getting desperate for that bail money we promised we'd try to earn. Yeah, well, next time maybe try not drinking your ass to oblivion and then hitting someone else's car while on your way to buy even more alcohol.
I'm just happy Grace decided to go to the movies with Julia and some of their other friends tonight, so she wasn't here when the call came. Whenever Mom calls, Grace is down for the rest of the night, wracked with guilt even though none of this is her fault.
Anyway. I have a history project I should probably stop ignoring. It's due next Friday, and I've barely started. Whoops.
