Chapter 19: Never Ending

Jorge POV
The lights turned back on and i knew what was going to happen. I stared at my kidnapper who had Meli-Agent in her arms. She stared at her soulless body and then took a quick glance at me. It was like looking at an exact copy of her, her body like an hour glass, her brown hair over her shoulders, her brown eyes, well my kidnapper now had cyan colored eyes. It used to be dark burgundy, but her face was as beautiful as hers.

"How dare you make friends with our short guest! You know the drill why didn't you kill her ! I let you be free in this cell with tunnels and space, but instead you befriend her !!" She stated while throwing Agents lifeless body on the bed. Her voice was loud and her tone was deep as in a monster way, she still had a hole in her heart as big as a bowling ball. She walked towards me and grabbed me by the neck.

"Let me remind you of our little deal, you kill my prisoners and i let you do whatever you want in my household, but fail to do so and your son dies ! Why was it so easy for you to kill the others, but a foolish woman is what holds your mind back." She stated while throwing me towards the wall. "Do you honestly think you could find love with her ? This isn't a fairy tale in which she suddenly falls for a man she barely knows. If i come back and shes not dead, i will make sure you see your son dead !" She screamed as she walked away into her door.

I stared at Meli-Agent and i honestly did not know what to do. She was right i was looking for love, but knowing her she could never love a liar. Truth is i wasn't kidnapped at all, i willingly came here because the woman stated that she could bring my wife back as long as i killed people, her prisoners. She was looking for power, she would bring random strangers and suck their blood so that she could live, she did that with Agent, but she grew more powerful than ever. I knew I had to help her, I checked her pulse and surely she was alive. I had to escape, I needed to escape, if I don't agent is in great danger and so is my Kid, Lucas, who's now 21 years old. I walked by the door and used my powers for once I looked through the walls and the building was empty. I went back to get agent but she was up with a gun in her hand.

"You lied to me Jorge, or is that even your name ?" She stated angrily while limping to one corner.

"Okay truth is-" i started.

"I dont want to hear it ! You wanted love ? Thats it you never wanted to help me to get out of here !?" She screamed in anger.

"Look, i wanted my wife back, thats all i ever wanted, i came here searching for a lie."

"Shut it ! You're lucky i dont have my powers or i would have killed you!"

She moved forward and place the gun at my forehead.

"Aren't you scared ? Are you ready to be reunited with your wife??"she screamed while one of hand held her side which looked like it was bleeding red.

"Thats all i ever wanted," i replied while kneeling on the ground.

Then she pulled the trigger.

Stevens Pov
"Are we even close ? How are sure you found her ? Steven i swear im not giving you my daughter's hand," Henry stated while opening yet another bag of cheetos.

"Dad if you eat too much your cholesterol is gonna hit sky rocket," Jake stated while reaching for the bag.

I was the driver of my beautiful red metallic Lexus stuck with the family of Melissa. It took me two days to find out her location, but once i did, i needed backup. Jake was still very strong and young, so his powers work out for me. The alliance hadn't been talking since we all went our own way. Reu and Delilah got married just last year and had a kid, so they wanted no part of us, Khyle became a professor at Harvard University and Got a great career while hiding his powers, and Me, well im stuck here looking again for the one person who stole my heart. Cheesy, but i needed her, how can one live without Oxygen? How can a soul live without a heart, thats what she did to me, she completed me .
