Imagine- APRIL FOOLS!!!! (Simon×Reader)

Y/n's POV
Today was April 1rst, which meant PRANKS!!! I am a total prankster, and decided I would prank Simon. The previous years I have just done minor pranks, like putting salt in his water, or toothpaste in the oreo cookies. But this year would be different. I have been planning it for 2 weeks. I got everyone that could be involved, in on it. I was going to pretend to get hurt badly/die.

Simon would be upstairs in the bed, and I will go get him a drink, but while I go down the stairs, I'm going to pretend to fall. I will panic and cry while he is next to me, but then pass out, hopefully scaring him.

Time Skip....

I wake up ready for the prank. Today, we both had a day off (that I requested, secretly) We both agreed we were going to stay in bed and cuddle.

While watching a movie, I ask him.
"Hey babe, you want a drink?"
"But, I don't want you to leave." He said, tightening his grip around me, and kissing my forehead.
"Babe!" I said.
"Fine.... just please hurry up. I just feel bad that you're getting me a drink." He said, shamefully.
"Don't babe, I want to." I said, he let go of me, while I ran down the stairs. I put the fake blood on my head, to make it look like I busted it open.

I ran back to the top of the stairs. I pushed myself against the wall making a large bang, let out a scream, and then pretended to tumble down the stairs, making a loud crash.

I start to sob. I hear Simon call my name, worridly.
"Y/N!!! ARE YOU OK?" 
I didn't respond, just cried and cried. I heard him jump out of bed and run across the rooms upstairs.
"Babe? Babe? Baby?" He repeated. He made his way down the stairs, very fast.

"Baby? Babe, what happened?" He said, very quickly, while trying to stop the bleeding. My cries started to fade and stop. He looked down to see me closing my eyes. He started crying. I heard him.
"Baby? Baby, no, baby! Open your eyes! Please, Please!" Simon yelled. I couldn't hold my laughter anymore, yeah it broke my heart to see him like this, but I don't know.

I started to giggle. He looked up at me, with widened eyes. He didn't waste a second pulling me into a tight hug.
"APRIL FOOLS!!!!!" I yelled.
He started to laugh too.
"I was so scared, babe." He stated. I caressed his cheek, wiping his tears.
"You're not mad?" I asked him.
"No, of course not, it was just a prank." He said, smiling.
How did I end up with such a great boyfriend?" I asked.
"How did I end up with such a great girlfriend?" He asked too.
"Touché." I said, and we both laughed.
"But, just so you know, watch your back." He said, in our hug, my eyes widened. He pulled away and laughed. I was honestly scared.

"I hope life isn't a big joke,
because if it is I don't get it."
