Martinus pov//

I was sitting in class tapping my foot waiting for Marcus to come back. I know he went to talk to Emilie but what about?

I saw Marcus stroll in. He sat back down and didn't look pleased.

Martinus-"What happened?"

Marcus-"She hates herself."

Cece-"Why? We should hate ourselves why would she hate herself!"

Teacher-"Cece sh!"

Marcus-"I don't know."

The bell rang and we all rushed out. Emilie was no where to be found. How does she move so quick! I felt myself getting a little bit dizzy. I have no idea why but I just felt it.

Martinus-"I'm going to the nurse."

Marcus-"Are you okay?"

Martinus-"Yea just dizzy that's all."

Cece-"Feel better."

I nodded and walked down to the nurse. I went in and I could hear someone quietly crying in one of the rooms. Maybe somebody got hurt or something.

Nurse-"Hello hun, what brought you here today?"

Martinus-"Uh I just feel dizzy, can I lay down?"

Nurse-"Of course, you can go in the second room right there and rest."

I went to walk by and I could see the girl crying was Emilie. I stood in the door way and watched her. I went to go out quietly but I knocked over a garbage can.

She looked up scared at me but also still sad.

Smooth Martinus.

She quickly wiped away her tears and tried to fix herself.

Emilie-"Why are you in here?"

Martinus-"I feel dizzy so I came to lay down. May I sit with you?"

She just nodded without saying anything. I went and sat down next to her.

Martinus-"Why are you crying?"

Emilie-"I don't know..."

Martinus-"You don't know or you won't tell me?"

I raised my eyebrow when I said that. She looked at me with sad eyes.

Emilie-"I really don't know, I promise. I'm just sad."

Martinus-"Well I'm here. Know that okay?"

She nodded.

I gave her a hug and to my surprise she hugged me back.

I missed her hugs. The way she would grip onto my waste and how she smelled. I felt safe with her.

Emilie-"If you want you can stay here and rest."

Martinus-"Thanks."

I smiled at her and layed down. She shifted to the end of the bed she was sitting on and I was resting my head on a pillow. She was reading a book. They always relaxed her.
