I take a deep breath and slowly open the door. I see Emily sitting up on a bed, smiling at me. "Em!" I run up to her and engulf her in a huge bear hug. "Hello Twin!" She giggles. "Hey!" I smile. "I missed you." She says, hugging me again. "I missed you more!" I say, hugging her back. "Not possible!" She laughs. "Is she fine now?" Mom asks the nurse. "Yes. She just has a broken leg, wrist and a cut. She an leave the hospital day after tomorrow." The nurse smiles. I beam at Emily and she copies me. We both laugh. I tell her everything that happened in England. "Woah! I missed a lot of stuff!" She laughs. I laugh too and we talk some more. *Two Weeks Later* It's been only two weeks and I miss Berkshire so much. I go to the park with the puppies and while I was crossing the road, I heard someone yell my name,"Kate, move! I love you!". Someone pushed me and the puppies onto the sidewalk. I turned around and my jaw dropped at the horrifying scene. Emily is lying down on the road with blood surrounding her. A car is standing behind her, the driver horrified. He quickly calls an ambulance and they take Emily again. I quickly drop the puppies at my house, and mom drives me to the hospital. Emily is in Ward 24 again. I sit in front of it, with my head in my heads, as her words play over and over agin in my head. "Kate, move! I love you! I love you... I love you.. I love you..." "Kate Jones?" A voice interrupts my thoughts. "That's me!" I quickly stand up. "We are sorry to say that Emily has passed away." She says patting my shoulder. I gasp and run away. I run out of the hospital, to the park. I find the nearest bench and sit. I break down and start sobbing. It starts raining but I don't care. Emily. My cousin. My sister. My Twin. My partner in crime.(haha @perrie2003) My food buddy. My other half. Emily just left me.
