A Month Later~

"Finally, school has ended." Betty said, giving a sign of relief.
"I know, and we can finally spend time with each other and the baby." Jughead said gently touching Betty's stomach, it was still flat.
"How are we going to tell people?" Betty asked.
"I... I don't know." Jughead admitted, a bit worried himself.
"I'm already eighteen and your eighteen in a few weeks." Betty said, "so maybe it makes it a little better." Jughead shrugged.
"I'll tell my mum soon, I swear." Betty said. Jughead was still hurt from Archie, the gang haven't really spoke to him after what happened that night; especially Veronica, she hates him. Jughead's bruises healed but there was still some scars.
"What are you hoping for? Boy or girl?" Jughead asked. Betty shrugged.
"Any will be perfect." Betty said smiling.
"I just can't believe your... Pregnant." Jughead said, again touching her stomach.
"Same, what is my mum going to say!" Betty cried.
"Hey, don't worry I'll be by your side. Your mums changed ever since Polly has become pregnant and your dad has gone." Jughead admitted.
"True, I'm still nervous though." Betty cried.
"We will tell her together." Jughead said, holding her hand and kissing it.

"First lets tell V, she is my best friend." Betty suggested, Jughead nodded.

"Veronica, I have something to tell you." Betty began.
"Betty I'm your my best friend right? I can share everything with you and tell you anything?" Veronica said interrupting Betty.
"Yeah..." Betty said.
"No offence, but you have got fatter, I mean stay off the Mc Donald's gurl." Veronica said.
"About that... I'm pregnant." Betty murmured nervously.
"Your joking, right?" Veronica asked seriously.
"No..." Betty cried.
"OMG! Betty! I'm so pleased but, your eighteen!" Veronica said hugging her. 
"I know!" cried Betty, tears rolled down her face. Jughead rushed in.
"What did you do!" Jughead asked fiercely, hugging Betty.
"It's okay Betty." Jughead said stroking her hair.
"Nothing... I'm sorry Betty." Veronica cried.
"No, it's not you it's just the baby. How am I going to tell people? I'm only eighteen, what are people going to think? Plus, my emotions are everywhere!" Betty cried.
"Hey, we are here for you all the way." Ronnie said smiling.
"Thank you." Betty said.

This was the moment, where Betty was going to tell her mother she was pregnant.
"Mum, can I speak to you a moment?" Betty asked nervously.
"Sure sweetheart, what is it?" Alice Cooper said. Betty burst out crying.
"Whats wrong!?"
"Mum, please don't shout. I'm pregnant." Betty cried. Alice's face dropped. Another daughter pregnant, what will the public think? Alice thought hard, she left that controlling life behind her when Hal left. She had to support Betty.
"Betty, come here dear." Alice said hugging her tight. "I'm always here to support you, and the baby." Betty was shocked.
"Mum? Are you feeling okay?" Betty asked.
"Elizabeth, don't look so shocked. Ever since your father left I've decided to change my lifestyle and be more supporting for my daughters, but Betty; what about your education?" Alice asked biting her lip.
"Me and Jughead have talked it out and, maybe Jughead can drop his education and look after the baby and I go to college." Betty said. Alice was shocked.
"No Betty, I'll try to get different hours and when your baby is born Polly's baby will be born so when you AND Jughead are at college she can look after the baby." Her mum suggested.
"Thanks mum." Betty said and hugged her tight.

Betty told Jughead what happened with her mum and Jughead looked pleased, he got to keep his education.
"Maybe us having a baby, is a bit exciting." Jughead said smiling.
"Your mum and dad had Polly young and they fell in love at school, but..." Jughead cut off. "I'm so sorry Betty." Betty smiled.
"Hey, it doesn't matter. This is the start of are family and life together." she said and kissed his cheek.
