TSUNADE'S POV

I stared at the ANBU in shock. Black fire... That demon could've been the beginnings of Amaterasu, which meant the only way to fight it was sealing it away, but how would we be able to stop her from attacking everyone while we did this? The only way was to engage her in combat somehow...

"Shizune! Bring Kakashi here now!" She ran from the office and the ANBU collapsed to the floor. I rushed to her side and heard her labored breathing.

"I'm sorry, my lady. I don't have much time left." She wrapped her arms around her abdomen as she began coughing. I removed her mask to see it covered in blood, and her face was horribly burned. "She only spared me to warn you. The rest of the squad is dead. She's headed here."  She began coughing again and I tried to heal her, but it was no use. She died in front of me within minutes. I heard running and looked up to see not only Kakashi, but Naruto and Jiraiya as well.

"Perfect, you two are back. You'll be acompaning Kakashi on a crutial mission." They all looked at me confused and I looked down to the dead ANBU. "There is a powerful shinobi being controled by a demon, and they are coming here. You need to stop them at all costs."

"Granny Tsunade, who is it?" The tone in his voice told me that he thought he knew, and looked up at him and Kakashi with a pained expression.

"Go. You'll find out soon enough." Their eyes widened and they both turned and ran out in unison. Jiraiya looked at me curiously.

"Why am I going?"

"They are both very close to this shinobi, but she uses Amaterasu. I need you to make sure it doesn't spread." He nodded and left as well. I could only hope that she gave up easily against them.

NARUTO'S POV

At this point, I could only hope that it wasn't Hikari, but something in my gut and the look on Granny's face told me it was. I clenched my fists as we ran, wondering why. Why was she attacking everything? Was the demon really controlling her, or had she lost control and was using its chakra? The thing that bothered me the most was why she would be doing this. Had she given into hate like Sasuke had..?

"Naruto, we need to hurry up." I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at Kakashi-sensei and could see the pain in his eyes. This wasn't going to be easy on either of us.

"Then try to keep up!" I smirked as I increased my speed, but it soon fell as I tried to prepare myself for the coming fight.

HIKARI'S POV

I looked around at the bodies littering the ground and then to my surroundings. I was in the middle of a wide road, probably the main route from Konoha to Taki, and Leaf and Waterfall shinobi laid dead around me. It was a pity for the Waterfall, but they had gotten in my way. It was the Leaf I was after. The world was still red, but I sensed three strong presences closing in fast, and another that seemed farther off and separate. I narrowed my eyes as Kasai thrashed in me, crashing against her bindings. I decided to go for the lone presence, although that would take me right through the other three. Ah, it wouldn't matter, since I would kill them all anyways. I took off at a sprint, the force of my feet causing the ground to crack beneath me. I stayed out the trees since I wouldn't have a constant footing, but I wasn't expecting the other three to think the same way. I was simply going to ignore them, but I caught a glance of orange and in looking back, I was caught off balance and sent skidding and tumbling across the road into the trees. I growled in pain as I picked myself up, and met two gazes filled with fear and sadness; the third was just shocked.

"Naruto, Kakashi, you should've stayed home." My voice gravely, but filled with the venom of my hatred, and I could tell they all heard it. Naruto took a step towards me, but Kakashi held him back.

"No, Naruto. We don't know how dangerous she is," Kakashi whispered, but I could hear everything.

"How dangerous can she be? It's Hikari!" I laughed and teleported right in front of him, my foot meeting his abdomen.

"Extremely," I said as I watched him fly backward into a group of trees. One of them even fell over, but I was dodging Kakashi's taijutsu already. Easily, I might add. Attack after attack, I easily maneuvered around him, until I saw my opening. As he turned to kick at my head, I ducked down and swept his leg from under him. I then landed a series of punches into his side and he landed next to Naruto. I could hear them coughing and groaning in pain.

"Why, Hika-chan?" I heard Naruto ask through the pain. Normally I probably would've been worried about him, but I could bring myself to care anymore.

"For once, Naruto, stay down." The third shinobi just stood there as I turned and continued towards the other presence closing in.
